When I showed up there were 5 of us there, and a few minutes after that the 2 new guys left and me, storm and tex decided to postpone instead of racing with 1 DP and 2 GT.

I will ask some guys that I race with sometimes during the week if any of them would be interested in racing with us.

Hello again, friends! I see you've missed me

I've been busy with my life these past... months. It wasn't until a few months ago that I've posted here, and man, it's like nostalgia cutting onions posting here again. I don't even know how I still have my Premium! To be brief, though, it came to me one day a few months ago that I really was going to have to begin doing something with my life, in order to brighten my future. I decided that since I'm going to be a Freshman in next school year, (that was a few months ago, in Wednesday I start High School) I had to begin changing my plans.

So I've more or less stopped going on GTPlanet because I had a loss of heart for racing slightly, but I still love racing. I go go-karting in the local indoor track to fulfill my need to race sometimes, and I still watch Formula One (Ferrari <3) but not as dedicated after Schumacher's leave.

I also don't have time for racing leagues anymore since we go places on Saturdays (and I've also been assigned to much more housework than I was before) thus rendering my limited free time. Hell, I can barely play League of Legends anymore except past dinner. So I guess I just stopped going here except for some memory lane trips once in a while.

I'd love to race, but sadly I'll have to decline. Next week is the first week of school. I have to set my priorities, and school is at the top of my list. To set things in perspective, any classes I take next year that aren't PE or classes like Robotics etc. are Honors. English, Social Studies, and Algebra II, etc. So I'm going to be busy. Plus I'll be planning on joining the Tennis team and doing Track & Field.

Although I'll drop by once in a while. My Premium expires in October-ish so no more Infield lurking. Maybe in GT6 will something change. Not sure.

I guess this is my status update.

TL;DR: Might not make next week, busy with school. Priorities: School > everything else

PS: I'm 14 now.

That's the best thing to hear. You're definitely making the right decision to focus on school, just like I said on Skype.


I'd like to remind you, though, that I'm going to college in the fall, in order to get a job, and afford to buy a rally car, so I see my college and school as an extension of my racing career (which won't lead to me being professional, unless I'm super fast,) purely for fun.

From my high school days, I can definitely understand. Some of those honors classes are crazy demanding. I was on the bowling team too and I literally had no free time at all.

Hopefully you might be able to race again with us sometime.

1.- ghs has since moved out of the "tween" strange, and is no longer the fastest child I know (still as old as my sister xD)

2. Mel and ghs have been in a Skype convo... And NOT INVITED ME....!!!!

3. Mel hasn't changed one bit priority wise....

4. TBW ISN'T IN HIGHSCHOOL????????

5. Cnd's Internet is now not as comparable to a farm in Nebraska...

I have decided I want to become a full-time DP driver for the rest of the season for the following reasons:

1. I'm not going to let James take over the DP class.

2. If I want to win a race, this is the best opportunity to do so.

3. I going to get James a bit of competition. *coughs*Not.
