Drivers who did not qualify are allowed to fill the remaining spots in the room on a first come first serve basis. Any driver who qualified is guaranteed a spot as long as they show up in the lounge 5 minutes before race start time.

Have been watching the PURE GATE thread and there is many people who cannot sign into PSN.

Edit: GATE has been postponed due to nobody being able to sign in.
I have been signed in all night and have tried a few public rooms and seeing(or not) many invisible cars and laggy rooms
