Just woundering,if there is only the 2 racers that match,(very unlikely)dose the race start at the end of the count down?

I also think it would be very unlikely, but if it does happen then I don't see any reason not to start in the normal fashion. 👍

Let Sphinx know about it.
Keep an eye on the read receipt of your PM's. If you do not have read receipt enabled, it would be a good idea to do so.
It's one thing if they have not logged on to GTP or have not opened their PM's. Something completely different if you have proof they have read the PM's (Read Receipt), but they continue to ignore you. I doubt (hope?) this will not be a problem, though.

I'm sure nobody would purposely avoid replying to pm's to organise a time. I was more so thinking that a member may not be online very often and may not leave enough time to allow for a race meeting/may not even come online at all before the deadline. While I have a computer attached to my left hip, some people only come on once a week or even once a fortnight. I will see how things go the next few days

If for some reason contact cannot be made and the deadline passes, then they will forfeit the race. The deadline for organising the race dates has been there for some time now. If there was a problem with the dates then we should have been made aware of it.

Do your best to complete your races prior to the update just to avoid complication.
Races not completed by then will have another accommodation. If at all possible, we will use the same car on the same track (if, for example, there is an 800pp Suzuka international event, we would still hold the race with the F40, limited to 650pp, at Suzuka). If the same car and track are not possible, the GTP race admin staff will announce a replacement race ASAP.

Could well be that the races between ZippyUK and me will be after the event updates.
Zippy only races in the weekend (he's not at home during the week) and we can't do the races this weekend anymore because of the 3 days notice we have to give the race stewards.

If it means getting the job done before the update, then ignore the 3 day notice. One pairing gave me a 1 hour notice yesterday, so go for it.

I think you mean GTP_mr_Volcano will be a hard opponent for anyone in the next rounds, i would like to congratulate him on a job well done, and good luck for the next round.
Tip for is next opponent, make sure you have a great set-up, pay attention to your line and DO not make any mistakes as he doesn't

I believe I am in a similar situation to racer_LP. I'm yet to see sxboyd come online so we haven't even been able to work out our time difference let alone when we can race. Hopefully we can catch each other while we are both online and speed up organising a race. Otherwise it will be post update.

As for me, I've only just read Sphinx's reply about ignoring the 3 days notice as I haven't been online anymore
(Well, I have been on the site with my PS3, but I can't seem to get in this section with it). I sent Zippy a PM as soon as I read it, so now I can only wait till he replies.'Hopes it doesn't take too long and he can still do the races today'
