I didnt know i was going through, otherwise i would have let you know that my run is not clean sooner.
after reading some clarifying post on the rules (the vertically in line with was the thing i didnt understand fully. didnt think about the cars jumping sorry
) i have come to the conclusion that my race is not clean. there is an incident on the first pass i make, where i have to go a little on the outside for the ai car not to punt me. i wouldnt pass another driver like this online, but if i did, he would let up on the throttle, and the ai cars just ram you. but you can check out the file as i have attached it.

To all,
I am going to pull out of the competition, as it appears that I have posted a time in standard mode. For whatever reason I started in Pro, but ended up back at Standard, without realising.
Alarm bells rang with me, when whilst at work I read a PM from Joeninety, telling me he had cocked up with the same error. I have just got in to check my replay and to my horror it is in Standard mode. So I feel it is only right to pull out and refrain also from entering my Spec III time.
I truly hope that the next event I check everything possible to make sure that I don't just mess myself about, but you guys and especially Sphinx, as he is putting in many hours with these events.
I have informed Sphinx via PM.
Once again deeply sorry and embarrassed by this situation.
Good luck to those that are through and hopefully the next event won't be so evenful for Sphinx.

OK, it's time to wrap this one up now. 
I'm only interested in these drivers now. If they can supply a clean replay by end of play tomorrow then they will proceed to the next stage. If not, then we will carry on without them and I will make these results official.

GTP_xTaggerx is OK because we already have his replay. It just needs verifying once we have someone with a PSN downloaded NTSC version of the game. I'm prepared to allow him to proceed to the next stage if his run isn't verified in time. Well sort it out later if we have to. 👍
Tomorrow I will invite (via PM) all Spec II qualified drivers to the private GTP_Registry Member's Forum so we can prepare for Stage Two, the Online event. 👍

Because of all the problems we've had, I've scrapped the initial draw (see first post) and instead I'm placing all Spec II & Spec III entrants into one draw. This draw will take place a few days after the Spec III results, if I can get our Spec III guys to submit their replays early. 👍
