I'm new to this whole forum, and even more so to the WRS, but I'm coming to find that these divisions and ranks, are the measurement of E-Peen when it comes to racing forums. Am I correct in this assumption? I didn't realize how serious it was when I initially decided to enter, lol. Nothing wrong with it, don't get me wrong, I just wasn't expecting it.

Will try to fix my wheel for the last time today... 
I should not have any time this week because of my work,but something got cancelled so i have a few days off.
If i don't succeed in fixing my wheel i won't submit for the quali this time,because i don't want to be placed in a lower division just because i missed out on several tents/seconds using a broken wheel(thanks Logitech for selling me 2 crappy wheels in just 1 year!!
).
So,i will bring out my tools again today to tripple check all cables/connections/plugs/potential meters/etc etc etc to try and fix the damn thing
If somebody with good technical knowledge reads this and knows a solution,please send me a pm....this is a thread in the steeringwheel forum where i tried to explain whats going on..:

If i don't manage to fix it i might go and dig deep and buy the new Thrustmaster...but than i have to go and buy several nice things for the wife first...

You're assumption is correct, in my opinion. Winning in your division (and being better than some in a higher division) does enlarge one's e-peen (mine anyway). 👍

You know you want that new wheel, more than anything in the world. You're attempts to fix the old wheel will fail, just because all you really crave for is the T500RS. If you don't get the new wheel, you'll feel miserable and grumpy for ages. So, why not express these feelings to your wife and make her feel sorry for you. Yes, the divisions and the WRS (in addition to most of the forums here) are very serious.

You will find it starts out good and fun, but when you see splits posted you will start pushing yourself to find that little bit of time to climb that extra spot. It does not go overboard with bragging and ego flaunting, everyone helps everyone with tips and techniques. It does get serious and it is great fun.
Week 107 in GT5P WRS is a prime example of competition, but also great sportsmanship and friendly atmosphere.

Submitted, put in the usual effort that I would for WRS so we'll see where that puts me. Very hard qualifier I found though, so hard to nail the whole sector.
