Hi - You're referring to the WRS, and we'll still be running the weekly series, after everyone has qualified.

As far as the seasonal events go, the events that bring the most cash are now the DTM cars at Nurb GT/D (Race Event 5) and the JGTC cars at HSR (Race Event 4). You'll need to level up to buy cars for those events to earn cash and XP. Many DTM cars are currently available in the online dealership.

If you miss the submission deadline, it will be 2-4 weeks before we open the qualifier again.

As far as the clutch is concerned, this ruling only applies to use of the clutch pedal and feature, as it offers an unfair time advantage to those who have it. Paddles are just fine.

ISSUE HELP PLEASE
My G25 brake pedal tends to flick on & off as If It's sticking slightly, any ideas on this guys?

This happened to me last week too. Since I don't use the clutch on my G25, I simply put the red spring mechanism on the clutch pedal. I was told by a few people the pentometer (sp?) starts to go out after a while; if you open the black pedal plate, you will see a round metal object on the bottom right side of each pedal, that is what is going out if I'm understanding it right.

If you do decide to swap the springs, be sure to use the correct size hex set otherwise it will keep slipping out and it will seem like it's glued in there I can look at what size it is if you need.

Hi guys! I haven't done the WRS since GT4 but I've just setup my GTP_Bri-Y account, ran the Super GT and DTM Seasonal events and gave it my first shot as these qualifiers. 4 events and I'm a level 20 already haha, seems crazy when I did the Licenses first on my regular game.

This AMG is a beast! What a wonderful car to drive and of course it's setup very well for the Green Hell. I spent a combined 3 hours on these 2 and I'm thinking there might be another few tenths in there somewhere. My usual weekly limit is 5 hours so hopefully another hour on each and I can find the time I'm looking for!

Can't wait to see how everyone falls at the end of this qualifier and I surely can't wait for week 1 of the GTP GT5 WRS!

I'm the same as Bri-Y, but have never done any WRS. Had to cram a good few hours on how was best to get to lvl 12 on a new account. Now that is one good reason for backing up your saved data! Just gifted myself the nsx raybrig and did the seasonal event. If it wasn't for that I would be kicking myself for not entering/ realising the protenial of gaining a GTP_Tag. Thanks guy at WRS.

I had one final go last night which made up about the time I would normally put into the WRS, I couldn't improve though.

Hoping to be somewhere in the middle but i'm thinking nearer the bottom like last time, oh well just have to try and work my way up again.

I really need to pull my finger out and get some runs in, only had about 7 goes at sector 2 and about 2 on sector 3! Damm this on line racing feature in the game, too addictive for my liking, still only on level 25 A-spec too!

You'll have to add it as a friend first. Also sometimes you will need to restart the game for it to show up.

Also, Community tab doesn't update if you add friends or sign in to PSN whilst in GT Life.

Great qualifying event. With GTP I made the step up to manual shifting & with GT5 I am going with no racing line. A little difficult for braking at first but seem to be catching on. Hopefully I'll get in enough time before deadline to submit a time that reflects my usual attention to most WRS events. If not I'll wait till it reopens.

I just completed both sectors with times that I'm satisfied with.. How do I send in the replays (don't get it when reading the OP)? Also, when do the stewards/admins tell if it's ok to start up a GTP-PSN-account with the "GTP_" in front of my PSN-ID? Cause you need to be approved for that, right?

Denilson, You should have already created the GTP_tagged account as you should be running the qualifier on that account.

Then you just need to submit your time/s in the correct format and wait. If a replay is required you will be instructed how to provide it.

If the replays are not with your GTP_ account then they cannot be used. Thats the rules we all have to follow.

It clearly states you need to use your GTP_ account.

I mean, I understand that I need a GTP_-PSN-Account to actually put "GTP_" in front of my "original" PSN.. But why does it matter for the replay? I might missing out on somethine here..
