CorrectOk, please don't shoot me
So there will be no car selling until the end of Amateur Championship, right?

I'm leaning toward keeping the same reasonably priced car to save dough.
I'm going the opposite direction. I'll blow all my budget on buying the best car I can get to be competitive. I will lose in the overall championship since that's based on credits but I'll have more fun racing
May be you should try tsukubaI was going to buy a new one for the next round this Sunday, but the CR-X surprised me by running competitive times at the 400 pp tracks. However, when there is that next boost to 425 pp, I might need to change my strategy.

Yes. Like all of the city tracks, all hard surfaces are track. 👍The pavement beyond kerbs can be used at london?
Yes it will be similar, had a hectic week but should have them up tonight sorry for the delay.Any information on the number of laps for the Cup race this Sunday? Will it be similar to last Sunday?
Joining, hope i'm not to late.Practice Room -- 1472-4711-0167-3386-6434 -- OPEN

Wow, sweet!
Thanks for processing the results so quickly. Is there a place where we can see what cars people used?
I can give you what was used in room B (our room):
mr_lab_rat - 1990 Honda CRX SiR
GTP_Patrick1 - 2000 TRD Celica TRD Sports M (ZZT231)
Ruzinvincible - 1999 Toyota MR2 Spyder
GTP_Gravitron - 2003 SRT SRT4
GTP_Roamer2629 - 1990 Honda CRX SiR
PHO3NIX_F1RE - 2003 Peugeot 106 Rallye
MeisterFetz - 1998 Honda Civic Type R (EK) (the standard interior helped refresh my memory on whether it was the premium 1997 or the standard 1998)
GTP_Eggstor - 1990 Mazda RX-7 GT-X (FC)
DUDE_ABIDES-1930 - 1990 Honda CRX SiR
I can also guess which cars those from room A used based on what they spent and comments from upthread:
GTP_Hasslemoff - 1999 Hyundai Tiburon Turbulence
GTP_JTV - 1986 Toyota MR2 1600 G
Nickonen - 1995 Honda Civic SiR II (EG)
OpticZero0 - 1990 Honda CRX SiR
darren-the-pro - 1997 Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R or 1999 Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R (the 2 cars at $21,600)
RafaelR_13 - 2003 Peugeot 106 Rallye
gtp_crispy_one - 1989 Mazda MX-5 Miata (NA) (from the thread below)
thematic604 - 2003 Mazda Mazda2 (from the thread)
Paul is missing the data from gtp_crispy_oneIt took the credit tracker a while to get Crispy's info recorded. I was the only one to choose a premium car, and I suffered mightily for it.
To try and quantify that note, for the Amateur Cup, even though I won't be within a second of the cap at Tsukuba with my RX-7 at 400 PP, I found I had to severely limit it for the other 2 tracks. I knocked it down to 380 PP for Brands Hatch Indy and 370 PP for Suzuka East, with the hope that I won't be doing too much drafting at Suzuka.Looks Like a Triple Post .
Race Day Amateur Cup 400pp
NOTES: As you will be aware with testing some tracks if not all depending on car and driver it is possible to go under the capped lap time, please use your common sense if you run under the capped lap time.
Example's:
- Braking hard near S/F line is not acceptable, it causes problems for cars behind. Normal 3D3/WRS incident penalty's apply to this. (15 sec, 30 sec, and DQ)
- If you run a few seconds under the capped lap time do not think it is acceptable that you still must run around 2 seconds slower the next lap, use your common sense and give the time back and make sure you do not gain an advantage. Penalty's will be applied.
- Please use a main Straight if you need to slow and go off the racing line, slowing in corners causes problems. Common sense is your best friend.
- If your car is quick in a straight line it means its slower in the corners, please take this into account, remember blocking is not allowed.
We understand that the cars and drivers are very different but the spirit of this is to run your best lap in your choice of car and keep within the capped lap time's so as to produce close racing, I would not pick a car were I have to purposely slow in the corner's just to keep it under the lap time, i've picked a car and power limited it where I have to push hard to keep it close to the capped lap time's. Which in my mind produced some great racing in the first 3 race's across both room's with some driver's I would normally not see on track .
Good luck, have fun and going by the first 3 race's there is no need to say keep it clean .
