I think your new PS has timing bugs:lol::lol::lol:

Have to disappoint you, came home yesterday with a new PS under my arm, but gave the old one a last try before installing the new one..... you can imagine what happened next..... it worked again, but you can hear the disc reader or laser has problems recognizing any disc(during the time I played, the disc got thrown out several times), so i will heal my account over to the new one this weekend. Straffestef will then put the old one in his washing machine hoping it comes out brand new :)

Like I said before, love this track, spend already multiple days on it, and the car is a blast to drive aswell, gets addictive afther a while, still more to find tough, so i am not finished yet.

PS : I am not the fastest driver at the moment by far, on my friends list I have seen times already much quicker then mine of top drivers, they just did not post there results here.

New splits. Still can't figure out T2 :banghead:. Love this track now though, not a big fan before.

Do not expect anymore fast times from me for a while. Just installed and set up my T500rs, will have to get used to this, even learn how to use this wheel properly....

Back to the driving shool, might even do my licenses again :)

You will most likely want to use lower FFB settings in game than you had with a G27 or DFP. I set mine at 2.

Thanks Kevin, I will try that, had it at 7 now. Brakes are still standard aswell, maybe I should change that first...

I used 5 on the G27, and when I plugged in my T500, it felt like I was wrestling a Gorilla.

I used 1 for a while, and then after one of the updates they made to the game to improve FFB with the T500, I changed to 2.

Have not tried the new rally/drift countersteer that was done in the last update, but interested to see the effect it has.

PS - Fix your sig. ;)

I use 7 FFB on the T500 and cancelled my gym membership.

Excactly the same overhere, G27 on FFB5 and the same wrestle impression :)
Fixed the brake mod, and FFB, will give it another try now.

Let me know how it compares to the g27, I've been thinking of upgrading but still undecided whether to get fanatec or the ts500

I should be getting my 2nd set of paddle shifter set's today!! Keep that in mind when you think of plunking down $500 US!!!! Oh ya, I set my FFB to 2 also. Removed the brake mod and may re-install it.

I sure will, my first impressions : The wheel itself is wonderfull, it steers so accurate and handles more like a real wheel in a car. The FFB (once set lower) is a whole different thing then on the G27, it is a lot more realistic. Still working on the brakes now, using this tt to set everyting. At the moment I seem to overshoot the fast braking corners a lot. The shifting paddle's still feels a bit strange, so put it automatic now, will get used to that when everything else starts working on me :) I am sure in the long run it will be an improvement on my Logitech.

Did a quick run yesterday with stage 3 turbo to compare with my Takata dome time that I posted last week in the event. If you could only get to 600PP this would be a nice car for that seasonal. BTW I'm driving the Zexel, don't have the calsonic.

What tune are you using? I've been playing around with the tune a bit, tried porsches advice and run softer front but it didn't feel good so went with stiffer front springs which was way better but still not where I want it

Tried the softer springs, but did'nt find it helped where I wanted it. I am running +3 front -10 rear ride height and 0/8 BB. I'm doing everything I can to get rid of the decel push. Very hard to not lockup the fronts.

Yeah me too Im using 3/7 though for BB height is at -10 on both sides, its good for the first corner and the S part but also kills the turn in, 0 height works well but the car rolls too much and you get a lot of power over steer, I think there has to be a compromise in the tune to get it to work well everywhere. Those curbs though are the worst in the world, why would they even have curbs that through you off track.

Using a higher accel diff to combat the oversteer. Aswell as early shifts. It makes max HP at 5500 and max Torque at 4500. Stay above the max torque (tire spin). It will go to redline without losing power but you can also shift early, gain traction and not lose power. This creates an exit and upshift push that my suspension helps with. As I'm sure you know everything must jive with driver style. I use the 0/8 to kick the butt on entry. But if you jump back to throttle to early or too hard, say goodbye.

Hey everyone.

I meant to try this sooner, but figured I'd warm up on the seasonal, and ended up spending some quality time on it.

Tried this for about 20 minutes last night, the car is fun, just need to work on the setup. Is anyone using Chris' tune?

Chris's gears and LSD but my own suspension
