No improvement yet but just a quick story about yesturdays run. Before I go on, let me first say that when I do these events, I have my surround sound volume up ridiculously loud. I do this just because I like to hear exactly when the tires break lose and also for the engine sound.
Anyways, I'm into about a 12 lap run in heavy concentration. Tunnel vision and the whole bit, very intensly into it. I was just missing my time by ever so little each time. I come flying around that last corner to the finish line, up about .300 on my time. I'm thinking I got this right. Wrong. I come around that corner a bit too tight and BAM !! I hit the end of that barrier and came to a dead stop. Nearly pissed myself and damn near jumped out of my Playseat. My cat, which was sleeping near the subwoofer, jumped straight up in the air, did some type of weird 360 and b-lined it for the closet, lol. It was loud and I'm not kidding. Seconds later my downstairs neighbors call asking what the hell that ruckus was. I was laughing so hard that I was crying and could hardly get the words, "Everything is fine" out. I was in complete hysteria just seeing the way that damn cat took off out of a dead sleep, lol. It was so loud that with most of the bang coming from the subwoofer, it actually shook the windows, lol. I still start laughing when I think of that damn cat. Needless to say, that was pretty much the end of my session right there. Even with no improvement, that whole thing was worth the price of admission, lol. If you're not laughing, I guess you just had to be here to see it.
Anyways, that was my excitement for yesturday. Just thought I'd share.
