Couldn´t resist and left Tsukuba :sly:

Just love the track, but hate the final chicane, that thing is not a "bus stop", is more like a "turtle stop" :dunce:

T1: 34.635
T2: 1'03.350

Thanks Chris for the video 👍, really helpfull

Fetchy is better now :)

in the most simplest of terms since Fetchy is a little off tonight

T1: 34.604

Yeah Eau Rouge can be done flat out Joost but I think I'm actually lifting slightly at the bottom then going full throttle... There's only one line that will let you take it flat and maintain stability... and not red-clock the timer. I'll put one of my Sector Guide videos up if anyone would like a peek...

Video Sector Guide - Sector 1 (Eau Rouge)

This was my 34.558

Not perfect - wide in turn 1 and lifted too much in the uphill of Eau Rouge but a fair indication of what line to take. :)

Thanks a lot Chris, that's great!

I'm actually taking a quite similar line, although i'm strearing a little later (and sharper) in, i'm going to try to replicate your line tonight. Thanks mate :)

@Lefty: Strange, Fetchy doesn't really like the 01'xxx.xx format, and after that it was just a little confused with the rest of your post. Still trying to parse some of the old times etc.

Need to work out 'Eau Rouge' apparently :ouch:

35.190
1'03.405

Almost flat out through 'Eau Rouge' (Still needs some work though)
Lots of places to lose time

34.771
1'03.329

EDIT: :@: 792Hp now

Getting the hang of T1, the rest still has to follow.

Finally managed Eau Rouge flat out.

34.405
1'03.706

Having the most problems on Campus and Bruxelles.

Edit: best T1! I'll have to savour this moment as long as it lasts

Thanks guys

There will probably be a tenth or 2-3 when D1 starts getting into nailing the all important first corner aswell.

First Splits:
T1: 34.819
T2: 1'04.089

Sloppy T2 on this lap but I've had others that are much better, and I always start near the bottom and move up slowly as the week goes on. Not a fast starter. Really enjoying this combo, but one little mistake with the line or braking and it just kills your momentum. This is going to be a challenging week to put together a full lap.

35.276
1'04.158

Great track but the track knowledge is still not enough to have a serious try to get a real fast lap.
Hope to get there by the end of the week.

T1-37.203
T2-1:06.244

Lots of time to be gained. Just can't get a consistent lap yet.

New splits. Chaned the LSD to 10/30/7 and toe to 0.00/0.00 and left the rest as default.

T1- 34.275
T2- 1.02.148

Lost about a tenth in T2 and about a year at the chicane!

First splits. First time I managed a flat out Eau Rouge. Consequently blew Les Combes in surprise :dunce:

34.300
1,03.346

First splits:

34.767
1'03.626

Car at 780 hp and all stock settings w/max DF.

EDIT: Good to see all the Belgians are in the top ten :sly:
Might aswell take a picture now
I see D1 found it's way to Spa :nervous: 👍

If someone could share some pointers on how to take Bruxelles (turn 10-11) and turns 13-14 (stay in fourth or shift back?)

Consider it done

For Bruxelles, The 180° turn in third with a minimum speed in the middle of the turn of about 95-100kph.
The lefthander after that I brake very slightly (only 20% maybe) and a bit early, shift down to third to get on the throttle a soon as I see the exit.

Turn 13-14, hard on the brakes coming from 6th gear all the way down to third. Turn in early and try to hold that turn all the way inside to prepare for turn 14. I'm just letting go of the throttle to steer and then immediatly get back on the throttle. Not full throttle yet, just to make it half way the turn. When almost seeing the exit you're ready to shift up to 4th.

Hope this helps :sly:

Been away from here for quite a while, but always kept my eye on the combos. Glad we got the DLC and really looking forward to getting back into it. I love this track. So far:

T1, 35.920
T2, 1'05.007

Full throttle through Eau Rouge, hurray :) Thanks guys :)

34.543
1'03.820

Lost quite some time in T2 though, to slow coming in the 180* Bruxelles, to slow out of next left hander, Pouhon was ok, but again to slow through Stavelot. Still improving and want to break into the 1'37s soon :)

T1 & T2 were ok, T3 was the worst ever, so probably more to come :sly:

 I'm just going to make the most of it no matter the result.

Latest splits, still can't seem to do Eau Rouge without lifting a bit.:nervous:
