GTP_WRS (GT5) Week 71 : GT Academy Special Event

You realize I now have to somehow go and find .5 to catch Lefty, right?

I actually really enjoyed this track and even the car there quite a bit in the session I've had so far. The cones.... Not so much.

The track seems (particularly if this is just part of it) seems like it'll be quite a track for racing. I've not seen it before

Well I had my second "real" session today and nothing at all to show for it. The closest I came was 0.07 within my best. I did manage to beat my T1 time by over a tenth a couple times as my best lap has a slightly slower speed at the start/finish line, but I always promptly gave it back in T2. 👎

Getting hot here so no more laps for me until after sun down.

Lapierre4 is GTP_lapierre4 - we actually met online in the GT5 Prologue days and I got him to start a GTP account. Of course at the time I was the faster one - so much for that

Dangit you guys! I've been so busy with the new house that I haven't really been able to put in a whole lot of time in on the WRS, and I haven't touched my GTP account to start the GTA at all. But starting today I'm in. I've already put in enough time to gold everything on my normal account but I'm going to blast through the other 39 events and really push on 8-5.

Now I just gotta figure out how to tell the wife that I'm "pausing" her honey-do list for a week.

Have a look at the first post. We're not requiring you to use your GTP_Account this week, understanding that some people use alternate accounts for GT Academy. Just send a friend request for GTP_3D3_C from the account you are using to compete. 👍
