Very fast for D2 - beyond me for sure! Just check that there is no skid recovery force involved here and I mean that without accusation or offence. 👍

yeah, that's fine I always check and double check with those things, everything was off apart from ABS 1.

Many areas in t3 to lose time. I have many laps that are in the low 8s at t2 but my ghost passes me every time in t3.

Kev is right about momentum, this car corners better than it accelerates, so using low gears to get the car turned seems to cost too much time, at least for me.

I brake very lightly at the same point as Kev, then roll through mid corner, trying to stay above 64mph and get on the gas so I'm at about 74mph when I'm on the left side curb.

Of course, I say this without knowing if my t3 is any good.

For the last corner: I brake as last as possible so that I can still get the car to the apex and shift down to second then get straight back onto the power and i'm at full throttle by the apex.

Yes!! New splits.
T1 14.035
T2 15.129

There is a story about this improvement. After this mornings session with no improvement, I was feeling a little bewilldered because I knew I could do better but just felt there was something hindering me. I remembered a link that Adrenaline had passed on to me awhile back about driving lines and such. I went back and started reading it and the first part was about driver positioning relitive to the steering wheel and pedals. Long story short, I had my seat slid to far back which was hindering my braking as my legs were stretched too far to ultilize the pedals effectively. Move my seat up and presto, instant improvement not to mention I'm much more consistant now. Who new, lol. Now I know this will not make me an alien driver, but it sure will help me progress. I'll dig up that link if anyone wants it. Its a pretty good read with alot of useful info. Anyways back at it. Thanks EDK and the rest of you for the tips. Didn't see them till now so I have yet to try them. Peace

I've lost count how many times I've hit the barrier on T2's S bend, I can't get into a rhythm there at all.

Marginally better splits:

13.883
15.095

CargoRat, fetchy didn't catch your splits for some reason!

Well it took a little longer too make improvments today ( I guess the 60 hour work weeks are getting too me) But I did manage to knock a little more off. I have had a couple of scorching fast laps but all ways manage too blow it near the end

14.132
15.325

14.194
15.636

Finally had a t1 under 14 but blew it. Slower t2 by some way but still bettered my lap by .3

14.208
15.518

14.201
15.435

Thanks CargoRat that is some good reading lots of good info in there

You're welcome. The other one that I was reading today is one that I printed out but I'm sure I saved the link. Just gotta wade through a ton of bookmarks to find it. When I find it, I'll post that one aswell.

Quick session. If I can find a little bit more, I may even submit this week. :sly:

T1: 14.031
T2: 15.050

Same overhere, been chasing my ghost for a few hours, with different brake balance but I am not able to improve.

I've been using the stock brake bias. Car seems more stable for me that way. I've tried all different settings and keep going back to the stock settings.

13.802
15.012 :yuck:

Finally saw a few 14's in T2. Even a .8xx But just in this lap it ain't happened. I can deal with a couple of hundreds of each of my best sector times. But this is .150, hurds me abit. Overall lap i can go .2xx faster.

For the ones who can't catch there ghost anymore, even after a few hours. Just turn the damn thing off ;)

Thanks will try that aswell.

got some small improvement now, did not wanna give up, improved my laptime by 0.450. I think my sector 3 is ok.... but still wanna improve on the first two sectors :)

14.000
15.093

Some improvement. Had a couple 7s through t2 and then promptly bounced off a wall.

13.924
14.964

14.238
15.499

Had to post these as did not save my best lap that corresponded to my splits :-(
oh well, I am not lightening quick here anyway. Sunday will be a very speedy day for me I hope.

T1: 13.916
T2: 14.996

Not my best sectors individually, but overall quite happy. There's about 6 corners you can really mess up here, and when you go 50/50 on each one, that's about 1 lap out of every 64 that you will be reasonably happy with.

Going to have more more session and see what I can come up with, wont have much time after today. Would of liked to have given this combo more of a go, was a lot of fun.

14.016
15.119

Had my first 13.8xx but hit the wall and a 29.0xx but messed up the T3. Another .15 on my overall time and I think I'd be done, but keeping the ghost behind in T3 is tricky.
