Nice one guys - get stuck in. 👍 Its a beast to get a rhythm going but once you've 'got the feel', very rewarding.

Switchabout with sector times - I'm at that point where a good sector 1 results in a sector 2 fail, and a slower sector 1 results in me nailing a good sector 2. This lap also has more solid run to the line but so far on best sectors, I'm looking for about 0.45 on the lap...

Finally got past Little to set this:

T1: 32.313
T2: 43.922

This is a fun combo, too bad that even after 13 laps it was still dark :( When the el does the sun poke back up? Driving arouund that track at nite wo/ head lites makes this a one lap then restart deal.


T1: 32.365

Tough driving this track even with headlights in the Super Lancer. I only drive on lap 1 Lefty.

Chris I tried I really did to give you some competition to T2 but...My T3 is insanely quick on my OT. So fast thru the left after the last jump then that big corner well I slid deep but at the ideal angle for a nice launch to the line and thats dang near impossible for me to do on purpose.

I also started having landing on the rear and redlighting problems. I got to T2 3 tenths quicker redlighted the landing.

I know when to quit before frustration happens.

Maybe I can get my stuff together in the HKS tomorrow?

I did do a short session in the Super Lancer went 2 tenths quicker pretty easily.:)

I seem to do better on all TT's in the 1st sector, can't get a handle on it.

The grass does have more grip Airsick. Try to drive on it in the apexes as tight to the fences as you dare. Ummm Ill think of some better advice Im tired. Oh I like shifting before redline (7500) but theres a few spots you catch some air and Ill shift just before hitting those so I dont hit the limiter. In some corners I might short shift. i kinda like short shifting to 3rd early on the exit of the bails corner.

Im currently trying to hit a line off the last jump that makes me land on the grass some on the right to avoid redlight troubles but not sure its the best just started trying it, seem to get more level landings. Got the apex of the left hander well afterward(its an invisible wall)didnt get the next big corner entry correct however on this lap so could still do a better lap I think.

Uber crap run to the line so still looking for about 0.6 on the lap from best sectors. Regularly pulling out .4 2nd sectors and have seen many .6 1st sectors followed by throwing away the 2nd. So hard to keep your nerve through sector 3 after a good T2 split... :scared:

My Fanatec doesn't rattle and shake like my G25 used to on rally tracks but still benefits from lower FFB - I'm using 20 on my wheel setting for this event.
 
Hoping to find time for this, I usually do pretty good on dirt.

Don't know the track at all, but maybe not having to tune will free up some time to learn it.
 
Tried the combo for 25 laps, but was way of pace! Loved the handling of the car and the replay look great with the car all sideways :)
I don't like the the track and the night at all, so will not invest any other time in it.

Normally I have the FFB on 5 on my G27, but for rally events I use 2.

Thats a crazy quick T2 time. My current splits thats my PB thru there and your destroying that really hardcore now Chris.

Why dont you tune up a Super Lancer and get in top ten? :)

So I thought at first (as I always do on dirt) this is awful!!!!!! All is good now FFB to 2! After my first session of about 2 hours these are my first splits! Oh ya, WOW does it get dark!

I see now a GTR Vspec 09 is in 1st and 2nd on the seasonal leaderboard.

Gonna now bite the bullet and try roughing in a GTR tune. Was really hoping the GTR was a fluke and not really quicker than the Lancer.

I'll have to give that a try instead then... but for tonight, I ended up glued in the CT230R -

Best run to the line so far though and up 0.3 on the lap. Started getting .5 1st sectors now too so looking for about another 0.3 or so at this point. Pretty happy with current progress I think. Still waiting for people to get stuck in to this combo - its a riot once you get a rhythm going. 👍
 
What is everyone using for their torque settings and B/B?

Oh and a friendly reminder that TC and ASM are not allowed this week!
