44.328

32.870
44.134

32.780
43.660

Nice splits to T2 but 3 tenths slower than my PB thru T3. Missed the apex grass of the corner after the last jump. Just couldnt get it to turn in.

Using 50 50 torque and BB 2 10 ABS 1 and have since lap 2.

Today I experimented with torque split abit but went back to 50 50. Yesterday experimented with brakes but didnt find a better quicker setting.

Edit:

31.655
42.798

That T2 makes me very happy. Had almost conviced myself I couldnt do better than a 9 thru T2 so I focused on it for many laps.

Edit again:
31.830
42.572

Now need to focus on doing well thru T1 also.:)

finally an improvement :D

32.175
43.886

How close could we be, but I fear my sector 3 time :)

Don't think I will have another go at it, 8 hours last night has proven his value, but there is not much out there for me anymore except for a perfect lap...

Submitted with current best time.

Great run Jack 👍 - I'd kind of decided I didn't want to run this one any more... it started becoming immensely frustrating dicing with the invisible walls. But given your new turn of speed I might have to get back on the horse. I haven't run it since Thursday so I'm probably going to be miles off the pace by now, :scared:

Had a few 1'14.9xx through t2 but got a red time on the last jump every time. I'm probably done with this one.

Thanks Chris. Good luck. Try racing a fresh ghost until you get back up to pace? I found that fun yesterday since I had taken a day off.

Congrats to the dozen drivers that have posted times for this combo. The 3 laps I drove of it were very enjoyable. 👍 to Pekka for coming up with the combo.

👎 to my PS3 for not being able to contain it's fan speed while I was doing 3 laps.

I'm tired of the DIRT!!!
I think that's where I contacted this damn flu........

Im tired of it to but cant quit. Got something special left to do.:)

Sorry to hear you have the flu thats a great reason not to run more laps.

31.843
42.410

5 tenths still in the track adding up my PBs. 3 of them are in T1 and 2 are in T3.

Excellent job Jack!

I still don't know how the handicaps work but I'm wondering if I shouldn't have submitted a time this week.

Left about .5 on the track, just didn't have enough time.

Baron, if you get a positive handicap (ie, you underperformed) it will make your cumulative handicap higher, delaying future promotions.

If you get a negative handicap (ie, you overperformed) it will bring your cumulative handicap down, pushing you toward promotion.

When Vaxen does monthly promotions he also updates other people's cumulative handicaps in the Registry thread. Your entry:

GTPcats_pajamas / zrodegreesklvn / USA (2.320 / 2.332)

...says that you started with a 2.320 handicap from the Registry qualy, and since then you've done about an equal amount of overperforming and underperforming, since it hasn't changed much (2.332).

It's hard to say whether submitting is a good idea, with this being such a lightly attended event, and there being such a large gap between the 1st and last Div 2 guys. Awww, just go for it!

i know :ouch: not too good in dirt but felt my absence was long enough

Thanks Lucas, I know my handicap hasn't changed much since I started, but I think I've been making progress lately and I'm concerned this week will undo some of that.

I know it's not that important, but it's something I've been working hard to improve.

I already submitted my time though, so fingers are crossed.

Good job Cat I almost thought that I could stand on the overall podium w/ this one but at least I got bumped by a fellow Yank. I now have a goal if I have a couple of hrs to apply to this to pound it down some more but if not I'll fall back to my div finish position.

I'm tired of it to but cant quit.
Great job Jack 👍 This week might be yours then mate - I can't motivate myself to run it again and I just had a blast in the Zonda round Indy Road, which is pretty good fun. If I don't get the enthusiasm later on... well, good luck anyway!

So I have some time to sit and drive this afternoon and I turn on the PS3 and it says. File system corrupted and will be restored... So I click OK and it has been stuck on 46% progress for last half an hour. I am assuming my PS3 has just passed away. Am I correct?

Submitted with splits:

31.777 (got lucky)
44.644

Al , leave the PS3 on , it has just had a heartattack , let it recover.
Had that happen to my fat PS3 , thought it froze before finishing. It had finished restoring itself a couple of hours later.

Thanks Baron and Chris.

Baron I hope you do ok handicap wise.

Chris good luck to you. I hope you drive again and are able to do something special this week.

Lefty good luck driving today.

Im going to try again before the deadline. Im still learning new things and even if I cant beat my OT the effort will reinforce some of the things Ive learned in the HKS this WRS week on dirt.

Thanks, I hope so!
It has my replay on it for this week.

Shouldn't have bothered with another session... and I should really start submitting before Monday night. Missed the ******* deadline running the stupid thing. Another wasted week. :ouch:

Well done anyway Jack. Great run mate 👍

I'm sad to hear you got off on your time to submit "V", that has to be a rare event and I'm thinking even rarrer in the future :( I hope it doesn't screw w/ your head for too long.

I tried another session and wasn't even close to my ghost so I'm submitted w/ my current splits and off to Indy. Good luk to all the dirt squirters in the resultzzz 👍

I was unable to give this a final go. My PS3 is dead.... RIP

Now I have to talk the wife into letting buy another one.
