So, just to clarify, you're 0.65 quicker than me one handed, in pain, with auto trans...

(Looks into bag of talent, and finds it surprisingly empty...)

In all seriousness, I hope you feel better soon, and god damn good splits man!

Given up on trying to get a decent T1, no idea what I'm doing wrong, so will just have to watch the replays. Meh, still pretty enjoyable in the 2nd and final sector, which feel quite strong. Submitted. Being so far behind in T1 is quite depressing! :(

OK, sick of this track now. Managed to make some progress in T1, but then lost a little in T2, and then gained some more back in T3 for a 7 thousandths of a second improvement - I figured every little helps. Saved the replay only to find that it had saved a (slightly) dirty lap from an hour earlier that was way quicker and by far my best lap of the week, save for 3 inches of green!!!

With that said, I think I'm done and will be submitting my previously posted lap (splits as shown on the leaderboard). Good luck to all and here's hoping for a D3 podium 👍

This should be interesting this week, Carlos. I just set my hot lap, but my splits are much slower, by about .150, but a full tenth at the line. I will run it some more and see if I can get that t2 back, but for now my posted splits won't be my submitted lap, not in a good way!

Racing On!

Slightly slower splits but cleaned up a messy T3 for a better time to the line.

T1: 36.308
T2: 23.736

Submitting with these. Good luck everyone.

Submitting with splits (for now ;)):

T1: 35.892
T2: 23.628

Best T1 I've done all week, T2 slower than my best by 0.2 but really nailed the chicane this time and up 0.2 at the line. I'll have one more run later on to see if I can repeat my 23.4xx T2 but if not, I'm pretty happy with my lap. :)

Once again, best of luck all

Looks like a race to the line for D2 this week, may have another go before the deadline if I get time tonight.

Good luck guys 👍

The way us D2 guys have been going the last few weeks, who knows maybe we will have a chance of promotion.

We all look to be punching above our weight :sly:

Sorry slight error, seems to have double posted

I'm with Sureboss on this one. My t1 is over a tenth and a half slower, but I gained almost four tenths at the line. I never would have caught ASH32, though. My best splits would still be over a tenth behind, so the best I'm hoping for is a D3 podium. It's gonna be close!!!

T1: 36.416
T2: 23.631

Way to go ASH!! 👍

Lost about a tenth in both sectors, but the last sector was good... I think

Submitted. Not too happy with my effort. Lost at least a tenth in each sector.

Going to submit with the following splits.
I spent about 6 hours on this combo.
This is my PB T2 from a completed clean lap.
I have seen better sectors but at this age the visions come and go so quickly. :odd:

36.245
23.654

Good luck everybody!!
Had a great time with this one, Kevin. 👍

Four tenths, great job Chuk. I had a real go at this last night, and only had one clean lap that was faster and only then by 7 thousandths but it wouldn't save.

I did manage one lap though and I'll never do this again - went dirty in turn 4 but the split was good so carried on for practice! Got a mid .6 in T2 and then nailed the chicane. Decent last turn and I'm staring down the barrel of, for me, the perfect lap time!! Slammed on the brakes at the line as I couldn't bear to see the time, but still went faster than my submission :yuck: That lap will haunt me for a few days. It's 6am here and 2 hours to submission so I'm not going to get another lap in. Great battle again in D3 - other than ASH who's on another planet this week (👍) it's really close again - keeping my fingers crossed.

Submitted with splits on the board.

For the last four days been chasing my ghost and as time goes by it seems i get worst :ill:

Good luck to all

Not that this will help you feel better, but I still have the replay from almost four years ago when I stopped at the line rather than beat my ghost because I thought I had gone dirty. I watched that replay, and felt sick to my stomach. After over fifty hours of driving in one week, that would have been a top five time overall, but instead I ended up in second place in my division. I still think about that lap nearly every time I race. :ill:
On the bright side, it still motivates me to keep trying to go faster. It will take me longer than most, but I CAN drive fast, though I will never be an alien. :)
And kudos again to ASH!! 👍 You certainly set the pace this week for D3!
Now we just have to wait and see. I think we'll have more close racing in the future, Carlos, and as a matter of fact, I'm looking forward to it!!

Had two stints tonight. In the first one i was good in T1. The second stint i had an awesome T2, with a .5xx and in both cases my T3 wasn't my best. If i only could get my 3 sector times closer together in my best lap, i've could have bin a couple of tenths faster.

Had one 59 in T2 and also was my best lap but dity by a micro mm :ouch: That would have looked great on the leaderboard :)

Thanks for the great combo. Learned alot with this new car and track.

Submitted with this splilts

Ran into some problems this week after my first T's. For some reason my runs will freeze after the 2nd lap. Only running this event. Everything else was fine :odd:

So today I figure out that it was my reloaded replay causing the freeze!
There wasn't enough time to better my times.

Now I get this! :grumpy:

Seems it took it second time sending the PM! GL to all 👍

Couldn't get anywhere near my best time all week long, so I'm submitting with current splits.

Time to get my hands dirty with this week's combo. :sly:

submtting with these splits

35.931
23.379

not a great chicane but still my best lap interested to see where it ends up

Great work D3 mob - Chukky, Ash, Carlos, Niels, Boshuter, Burr and El-Loco - all really solid times.

I got my ass handed to me this week, but no bother - I'll be busting a gut to beat you guys next time round :)
