GTP_WRS New Drivers and Promotions

My earlier promotion list was against an older version of the database (where Wins and others hadn't been promoted yet), so the promotion check put Wins and the others in the list.

Sorry for the confusion, and the promotion-re-announcement for some members, but I think everyone is placed where they should be now.

No problems. Appreciate all you do here for us and with such a big undertaking, mistakes sometimes happen, no big deal. Keep up the great work, its appreciated by all here.

I still wish I understood how this system works. I started with D3 Bronze, and I've participated three times. The first was in D3B territory, then mid-D3G, then upper D3G. But I'm still D3B.

I'll keep at it.

Once you've completed 3 time trial events and they've been finalized, you'll be placed in a division.

I have been placed in a division after the subaru time trial but I am not in the registry

Maybe @Vaxen forgot to add you all, or maybe its something else. Either way, you're in the registry so there'a nothing to worry about.

There's a bug in the program where promoted rookies aren't appearing in the registry. I'll fix this later this week.

Week 31 is provisional. Handicap won't be updated until after it becomes official.

There is no minimum time, but occasionally the moderation team will need to agree on a promotion before it becomes official (usually only for promotion to D1G). Also, promotions may be held up for logistical reasons (e.g. I'm out of town, bug in the program, etc). Finally, there is a minimum number of events that must be completed before a first promotion is allowed (4 or so).
