Initial room splits. We may have to move people around based on connections, or if they're too fast. :D

I'm done. Thanks for letting me try it out, but I'm no longer participating in the championship; I'll still do practice sessions (if I'm allowed to).

I domt get our rules. Qualified 5 in 2 race. Somehow I was in the 2 position at the start. Thought we will restart and havemt started race. But race started and i falled to the last place. Repprted about wrong start order but nobody care about that. Feel muself like a stupid, becauce tried to be honest.
Does it mean we race anyway in situacions like this?

No in general not. But in this case it happened. I only noticed it till people were talking about it afterward. I'll discuss with the stewards what will happen next. And how to prevent this next time.

Remember guys our ROE says that if you cause another driver to go off track via contact, wether intentional or not ( it's never intentional...its almost allways an oops) you should( must?) wait for the guy you had off...even it screws up your race as you have just altered his. It's really is hard to do this but it shows mature racecraft. Stepping down off of soap box.

@GTP_Nail my interpretation of that regulation is that it's a risk you take if you recede the position or not. If the accident is your fault then it is a requirement, but if you believe that it was not your fault (not a racing accident, must be the other driver's fault) then you don't have to.

If you do the latter and the stewards find that the incident was your mistake, then you may face penalties.

That's just how I interpret it, the stewards may say otherwise and their word trumps mine.

when in doubt...concede. and the point of the concession is to lighten the stewards work load and to show them, and your fellow racers that you " get it". There are times when you are hammer and tongs with someone you are used to racing with and you get into each other with incidental contact... that's racing. But causing another driver to spin off is another matter. Here in the WRS we have a pretty savvy bunch that are used to racing each other so this rarely arises or gets into the stewards hands. My comments above were meant as a friendly reminder to those who might not know better or who were so intent on WINNING that they wandered into areas where they need reminding. More brandy please.

AWESOME SERIES GUYS!

Wow @GTP_Nail knows how to do a post-race! That looks amazing.

Personally took 3 races to wake up and get consistent and was finally able to actually see PASM in the distance when I finished. First two races were messy and inconsistent, got a great laptime in the Imprezza but didn't deliver one in the RX-7 or Lexus. Can't complain with three 3rds, had to hold off a very fast MadMax in Race 1 and Bambi in race 3, who looked like he was going to have me pretty easily before something fell into place and settled into the low 04s.
Was not disappointed in the competition or the challenge of the car/track, very glad to have woken up to come racing. I hope I can get closer to that lead battle next week so I can see it actually happen! Great pace from PASM and 5zigen, congrats guys, looking forward to next week.

Sitting back total disgruntled after the races , because I chose to sort a series from , where else I had the No. 1 in the overall standings and then in race 2 in the very first corner on lap 1 I got hit which spun me off , but got me struggled up to an 8 place finish , but during the break before the race 3 I mention the episode and no one except GTMX-alfa chose too react on what I said and he had nothing to do with the incident and I regret to admit that it knocked me completely out of the socket that no one felt like saying sorry for the incident , so my last run was a game of la la as I couldnt concentrate at all , but i guess thats the way it is , and thats sadly totally unacceptable too say it in a short way and leave it at that and then return too the other series again iam affraid :banghead: :ouch:

Hi,

first of all a big THANK YOU to all who made gtp, the wrs and this special possible. It is a pleasure to take part of it.

I was a bit nervous before the first race, but there was no need for it. Sadly I could only participate in the first race. After the failed start of race two (what has happened there? I got "geen" and accelerated, but most of the field becomes either transparent or just stays on its Grid-position) I was bumped out of the lobby and can't re-enter. I saw the (new?) lobby B but got network-errors when trying to enter it.

Looking forward for the next events, cheers
D.

As I feared my driving was not up to my own standards. Last-minute car setting changes and a lack of proper preparation along with poor consistency set me back from where I would've liked to be.

The start of race two was a big mess and @SRT DK Racing got the short end of it unfortunately. I got bottled up behind @StigsTC and it all went downhill from there. Looking at the reply I wasn't the one who pitched Lars which I'm thankful for, I don't think anyone could see very well with the sun in their face.

Stigs (who was also on a pad) had great pace and it underlined exactly how much more overall pace I could've had. Win some, lose some. I hope for the next round I have more time for better preparation and thus run at the level I believe I should be running at. Thanks to all of the WRS stewards and @GTP_Dutchy for putting on the good races every week and making the series the best they possible can.

On to the next one. 👍

I did notice it, buy had mic off for the race. I could have said something, but after 30 minutes of trying to get that race off, I felt like we should just go with it. I qualified 1 and started almost last. It was the first time I ever saw the game not put us in the correct order. The race was still fun, sorry you got shuffled back, but we had people with time constraints and it was just taking too long to get the race going. I should have said something and apologize for not doing so, but once we were lined up, I thought to heck with it, we need to keep going.

Great racing all, and nice to have newcomers join in.

if you want to see recession (concession) at its best/worst....go watch the last 30 minutes of the Bathurst 1000 which is currently available in the us in a one hour version.
go watch it anyway...one of the BEST races in the world.....6 hours of door to door at the Mountain. No spoilers here!!!

Hey Al glad to see you around here. I'll join you for practice.

Nuts!!! (No pun intended to the little peanut in my avatar, LOL) I guess I should have asked my wife if she had plans for the TV this evening!!!! I will now be delayed a couple of hours..... 22:30 Central would be when I have access to our only TV! Oh well. Happy Wife! Happy Life I always say!!!!
