Sooo, I've been caught up BoP testing for the DRRTES, haven't turned a practice lap yet.
Anyone want to suggest a target time for Bathurst? Not sure if I'll get far past a shakedown and just make the car comfy but it'd be nice to chase a time.
Cheers guys, see you tomorrow!

High 2:03s, I was surprised... there were a lot of 4's as well.

I'm at 7.1 in all 3. Max ride height and low front-biased aero seems the way to go 'cross yer mountain.

EDIT: Ned in the lead. :D

Man... the Lexus sucks for me. Just can't make it work.
RX-7 instantly on pace, Impezza took some work but its quite happy too. Going to try to not die in the Lexus, should be with the pack for some good battles tomorrow! See you guys out there.

Edit - just to confirm, race 1 scheduled to start in just over 7 Hours time, as it is currently 13:00 GMT, with race start 20:00 GMT. Been stung by GMT/BST being confused before and looking to just make sure.

Hi,

Try max ride height, no camber or toe, springs at 1 all around, antiroll at 7s. Much faster than stock.
At mid 05s on the Subaru and Mazda, low 06 on the IS

same for all three cars?

thx,
D.

Edit: Springs 1? Do you mean dampers?

Pretty much. RX-7 and IS350 definitely max RH, no spring, 1-Dampers, 7-ARB, 0 camber and 0 toe is a pretty solid base starting point for every car. Imprezza might not need MAX RH but pretty high is a good idea for Bathurst.

Still have the flu since Monday, was hoping it would be gone before the GT300 championship at bathurst. So I'm out today.

Good luck to all the drivers out there today!
