Not had any issues really with my CSR wheel, but I run low FF relative to others I suspect. My paddle shifters feel a little loose and have done for a while, but otherwise it's worked well for three years now.

Only issue with fanatec is the fact you have to get it shipped over from Germany so postage is quite high, payment means are limited (though PayPal is best and quite easy) and it's not easy to return anything!

Edit: I now have the CSR pedals as I had the same issues with the cheaper plastic pedals mentioned above! You can't buy these pedals anymore though ;)
I haven't heard any/much feedback on their new CSR pedals. How are they?

I also run low FF on my wheel due to not having fans in the wheel.

They're brilliant, quite a lot of travel but you can adjust the stiffness and they just work and feel a lot nicer than the standards. 107 euros is quite pricey after shipping for pedals though and these are the cheapest ones they now do!!

Without a doubt I am faster using them, not least cos the throttle doesn't stick on or spike randomly.

Anyone watching ice bowl 2? :-)

Amazed anyone can even stand..... WRS conditions are much easier :)

Well, of course.

We're about as used to it as is possible. We've had below normal temps for the last month. I was happy for a warm day last week when it got up to 11 degrees Fahrenheit. :(

Ya, we have have wind chill warnings until noon on Tuesday. It's supposed to feel like -40 to -50 degrees. The governor of Minnesota closed every school in the state for Monday and it will be about the same here.

Yeah, it's been a great football weekend. 👍 Surprised to see someone from your side of the pond watching. You watch much NFL?

That must be where you old user name is from, the weather where you live. :sly:

I was in Maine Early Saturday morning with -20 wind chill...home today to 71 degrees. I remember why I migrated. Was fun to watch those guys play in those temps having just experienced it first hand, but knowing I'm done with it until next December. 👍

I must say something, only because I wish it was -20F here! This morning before wind chill it was -33F, with windchill -49F. Oh and the car won`t start again! :boggled:

Spent 2 hours shoveling snow this morning. Currently 11F going down to -17F overnight (before windchill). Right now, I'm not sure why I moved here from Australia
Sounds like you need one of these. :sly:

Yep, got one - pull start broke last night!

Incidentally, you can't buy one around here at the moment. There's been a serious amount of panic buying on everything and supermarket shelves are empty...

Ugh, that sucks. Can it be push started? :sly:

It's cold here, for here. Currently 37 degrees. Forecast high today is 64, though. :)

Panic buying - That's in people's nature. I know, I'm in the retail business. People are last minute by nature, and getting more that way every year.

I'd have my shorts on for 37F - 64F might give me heat stroke at the moment! Since this has become a weather forecasting thread, we are currently showing 4F with a -18F wind chill...

It's 3C over here right now, and raining. Forecast is 7C for today. Will go down to -17C tomorrow, though...

Now 3F but -27F with wind chill

You'll be down the beach then Matt? Just looked at tomorrow's forecast... at 6am it'll be -13F, or -41F with windchill. For those that struggle with Fahrenheit and Celsius scales, they converge at -40.

Not sure which Michael fish you're referring to, but oddly enough, that's the name of our weather man.

@Cats_PJs ours famously assured everyone that the great storm of 1987 was just going to be a bit windy!....It nearly knocked down every tree and structure across the south of the country and we had gusts of over 120mph!

Hope yours is a bit more reliable :D
