I know how it goes in real life, but I was not aware that it was modeled in the game to work that way. If that's the case, then I guess the people that knew about this had an unfair advantage in the quialifier because you could set the time of day effectively changing the temperature.

Since BB adjustment is allowed this week and it says that settings talk is OK here, can I ask what would be favourite for this car?
I have seen a FXX tune that suggests 7/6 so I guess I will start with that and see how it goes

I use 4 2 I think. Works good for me.

Either 4 2 or 2 4, can't remember.

Thinking of the another. Never do seven things at once or try to. LOL They finally noticed track temp makes a big difference.

Interesting, I always wondered if track temperature made a difference, now only if someone could tell us if it's been modelled in the game for certain.

I seen one post about this someone saying he ran threw night to day and made difference in his time from before. He just wanted run night never had and if true be like real life make since.

I was running this last night with time change set to 60 because I haven't had much of a chance to try out any night driving in the game yet. I started at 10:00 and the time change went through the day and into the night and the sun came back up in the morning just as you would expect. Once I got back to 10:00 the next morning things started getting dark again but it wasn't your typical night cycle, it was more of an overall darkness and none of the lights either on the car or along the track were coming on and it eventually got so dark I had to stop and reload. Is this a known issue or has any else experienced this?

Interestingly, I was setting some of my best times at night and I ended up taking a good chunk off of my best lap once I had restarted and set the time to early morning. Does the time of day affect your speed or is it just a coincidence and I'm just getting better? I also noticed the same thing on the Brands Hatch qualifier where I seemed to be running faster in the morning than later in the day.

The lap was not red, but does it pass the WRS test?
I can upload a file to someone to check if that's OK

Also, am I allowed to change TC during the race, using RA?

Most of the wheels are on the green cement anyways - it looks dirty to me.

Sorry, but I would say that is dirty as the OP says only red/white rumble strips are clean.

I've got an fxx but it's got bits added. If I disable them or 'turn them off', will it pass or fail regs? It's not an issue, I can sell it and buy another. Just curious.

OK thank you everyone. I'll delete my laps and start again. I understand now. Just got used to red and blue laps.
You guys run a tight ship, I'm learning that's for sure. I think I like it more than seasonal TT
RA is working for me on this, to change my TC mid race. But I will not use it.

Yea like me I have the RA set up after reading about it cause some cars have brake bais. I love the TC control to give u just what u feel so u can put hammer down when needed. I seen from before u wasnt suppose use it so I have never even try see this something need's checking if its ok or not to use.

Oh man, can't wait to give this one a try. Still haven't gotten my perfect lap on the S1 TT, but I might have to accept the fact that I'll never see one, especially now since this new TT is really tempting me!

Sorry not trying to mess thing's up hard for me put down what I'm thinking. By the rule's no u can't use RA but wasn't u or someone saying it work's in that mode if so then need's be check out because sound's by ruling it say's Not Currently Available in This Game Mode. To me it mean's they don't know it work's or the ruling say Prohibited or Optional.
