I had the game not be able to save a lap, just regular replays. So better restart it for trialing or do a simple test run first. They probably didn't load either because I saw no gline.
 
1.5 at the line. I can't see me fighting for hundredths this week :lol:

Edit: Nooo I was getting ahead of myself! I shutdown before saving my last session and I didn't realise I was back on RS tyres :( :( I'll repost my previous splits...

I had this same issue yesterday. I had to restart GT6 twice to be able to save a fastest lap replay
 
Just bought this car (dunno how you win it) and had just under an hour running laps, sorta hybrid'd the two setups posted already by Bart and Mistersafeway. It's pretty good fun! Car isnt too crazy, though every time I go near a kerb it pretty much ends up backwards.

It's pretty fair to say that I am miles off my division these days. No idea why.

I love sector two on this version of the track, the lesmo turns are the best part of the track.
 
I changed df to 1400 / 1556 - enough for full on in the final S2 bend - and got a quarter second off.

Spent more than an hour chasing that one, mostly in the 1st sector. Did a somewhat faster T1 with this setup, but the lap as it stands seems well rounded.

This kind of felt pretty good in places so it's highly embarrassing to be so far off the pace...such is life though. To give myself a morale boost I went and bested my time in the FF seasonal and moved into position 164...at least I know I can get a car around a track, just not über-super-scaryfast cars it would seem :) Kudos to you folk able to hammer this Lotus around 👍
 
It's been said before, but I'll repeat it: this car is insane! First laps I found out that I wasn't satisfied with the tune I made for Spa and Silverstone. I'm still not satisfied with it through the Lesmo corners.

Gained 4 tenths at the line.

I've had a 21.86 in T1 and a 45.90 at T2.. It's so hard to put it all together with a DS3 though.
 
Here's what I've been running. I don't know how to take the first Lesmo and I'm losing a ton of time there.. i lowered the front compression a bit to reduce the hopping in the first chicane of T1. This is the first time I've ever tweaked a tune so it probably isnt any count.

Thanks Brandon. Temptation is always there, talent less so. Time, hardly ever these days... My intention is still to run every week, but it's been very difficult of late.

I had an hour last week when the cars were released so did the Senna events (H pattern gearbox, no ABS, cockpit view...:D) and then Lucas released this combo so had to give it a go. Tried on Monday but was way off the pace. Put my big boy pants on last night and found some time in T2.

I've still about 0.6 to find to equal my best splits, as I ran wide in the first part of the first chicane which compromised my exist, and then scrubbed off too much speed into Parabolica. Lots of fun trying though!

Thanks to Bart @PASM for the tune, and also to Al @Allibubba99 for posting the link to changing my G27 settings which has made a massive difference for me. :cheers:
 
Driving Force Pro also goes 620 degrees on this one. It's too much still, can't seem to do ~200 quickly and accurately. Or recover, what ever.

The daft boundary rules (code) are keeping me in the 1st sector, so unlikely to fix the 2nd one in a matter of days hours.
 
Saw a tee one of twenty-two point four, but all three candidate laps had rubbish firsts. In this one, I went faster through Ascari than previously.

Using @PASM original tune, but with no ABS, and H-shifter instead of paddles.. just because I'm finding it to be more fun. :D

First run went better than I expected, and I've already had to adjust my goals 3 different times during that session.
