Finally got a bit of time to give this one a decent go...

T1 23.332
T2 1'00.364

And a good T3 as well... submitting

Stotty...flying there buddy.

Now that I've seen those splits I might have to give it a little more time, things got ugly in T2 but I'm almost .3 better at the line, I'm much improved now through the righthand kink after T2.

Time submitted

My splits were: T1--24.024 :ouch:
T2--101.994 :ouch:

But...it turned out to be my best final lap time :guilty:

Truly some great split times from the other racers.

This one was really tough.

Thanks mate :)

This for me is one of the most enjoyable WRS's so far. I found it easy to drive up to a point (around a 1'00.5 T2), but under that and then holding it together in T3 was a challenge. This one is technical in nature as far as lines are concerned, yet requires a lot of 'feel' to find the absolute limits of traction when braking/turning/accelerating.

Looking forward to the results to see how the T3's stack up... I think that's where the important time gains/looses will be on this one.

I missed the final board update. Hard to string the full lap, I reasonably content with this weeks effort. The final sector will be the proof in the pudding though. Normally not my cup of tea in any car, but managed to get some good lines for this lap.

Good luck to all :tup Great combo sjaak68

Board updated EDIT updated up to post 81.

Maybe next time Marc 👍 have fun there and be sure to visit the Veronica stand where they're giving away a Testarossa.
Thanks, I had fun at the Auto RAI and now will definitely buy an Alfa GT. I didn't see the Veronica stand though. :)

Driving in one of the GT5p spec III pods was also a lot of fun. Besides, I had spoken to on of the representatives and asked him about whether he new anything about spec IV or the GT5 release date. He didn't of course, but when I came back a few hours later for another spin, he appoached me and said that he had spoken to one of his collegues and could now say that spec IV is now out in Japan, and will only be out in Japan. So, I find it quite strange that there is nothing about this on the japanese news site. :ouch:

Submitted with posted splits, been finding it tough to get close to my best lap, can get plenty of T2 1'01 dead times, but I seem to lose a lot through T3, so I'm confident my T3 will hold up from my best lap. Disappointed I didn't do that lap with a .4 at T1, as I was doing that consistently, just always cocking up the turn after T1.

Left it till the last minute again, submitted with splits of

T1: 0.23.499
T2: 1.00.600

Much better last sector than my original splits though.

Good luck everyone.

Matt.
