Perhaps its old age catching up with you. :P Lose a step there, lose a step here, next thing you know the whole world is passing you by as you sit there and wonder where it all went oh so wrong.

Let's just say if you add our ages it's well above 100. ;) Sorry, I'm in a goofy mood today. :P

Ah, I see. 👍 Well, I'm not afraid to say I'm a battered and beat 49 years old in March.

EDIT: My gf is almost 20 years younger than me so I guess that makes up for some things. :P (Yea, this old dog can still hunt. ;))

Good for you if you did 👍 cause I sure in the hell ain't having any luck through there. I know how to get through there, but getting my hands/feet to cooperate with my brain is a never ending battle.  Instead of working together, they like to constantly disagree all the damn time.

EDIT: DAMN IT, I just botched a mid 17.6x and a mid 36.3xx by running off into the grass coming out of that damn chicane. :banghead: That would have been my lap right there......gutted. :banghead:  :( I gotta take a break after that one. That's like catching that trophy fish you've been waiting for, for so long only to have it get away at the boat. :banghead:

It's good to be back, even if it's the back of the pack:

17.883
36.983

This car is very tricky but (or should that be "and") very fun.

Just hit 3,500 mile mark .......all in trying to nail that last chicane coming to the straight. :banghead: Already hit my best time miles ago, just trying to nail that last little bit is what's killing me. It was my undoing in the NASCAR Seasonal TT in GT5, and it is most certainly going to be my undoing here. Very, very frustrating as I have given this event everything I have, very little left in the tank at this point. Will keep pressing on till the bitter end however, hoping that somehow a miracle will happen. :indiff: Its been fun, but very frustrating as well. Good luck everyone these last few days, hope you all reach your goals.

You are only .036 behind Wes based on current splits so you could be right there if the last sector is good?
Not that I'm against Wes.....I just like to see competition for the top from down where I sit!!!!!

@GTP_CargoRatt how do you make cars track the distance driven during the time trials?

I thought entering the car tuning menu during the TT would but it does not work for me (every time). :dunce:

Any driving distance done since the last closing of this settings page is forgotten in arcade mode. Useful for letting someone else have a go. Driving options are saved in the same manner.

True, I am just .036 behind him as it looks on the board, but once that last sector is revealed, I will drop like a rock down the board due to my last sector being so poor. I may be in 2nd now, but probably drop to around 10th or so once last sector is figured in unless I am able to clean it up. Thanks for the vote of confidence and trust me when I say I'm trying as hard as I can, we'll just have to see what the good Lord has in store for me these last few days. :)

That last sector is a killer, definitely. I don't have time for another go anymore so it's up to someone else to raise the bar. Maybe it's you Mitch.

Good luck.

Edit: I improved by 0.022 on my last go, but I couldn't get the split times.

Finally got a decent amount of time for some TT'ing this morning, bit of a late start but could run this for hours, ha ha. Great combo, enormous amount of fun, the tyre staggering kinda reminds me of the old Gt5p online racing days

First splits:

17.921
36.921

Can see where there's lots of room for improvement, so hopefully will have some quicker splits shortly 👍

What is that bump in turn two? Am I even correctly placed if I keep hitting it?

>175 but that figure only blinks :sly:
Third sector okay but annoyingly close to boundary in chicane, since I'm not stopping just yet.

17.967
37.150

Thanks Les?, I am giving it my all and would be a dream come true if I could win this thing. Realistically though, I'm just glad to finish in the top 10. It is a true honor to be up amongst the greats like yourself, @Ed_Night and the rest of D1, a real thrill to say the least. I have to keep reminding myself though that my success here is only due to my experience at this track and not so much with my skill level. :indiff: It has been great fun nonetheless and look forward to seeing what I can do these last few days. Next week things will be back to normal where I will be back fighting just to stay in the top 10, but for now, I am having the time of my life. :) Thanks again for the vote of confidence and good luck to you and everyone else here.....may you all reach your goals.

@Thematic Keep quiet about "the bump." :sly:
