Well guys, that's it for me this week. I have thrown this car around like a rag doll & I am VERY happy with the time I have achieved, especially since I only just started using the stick. What was I thinking using an auto all this time? I have had more enjoyment with the stick .

Really great to have you in here, Barbol. 👍 I know you don't know me, I only started running in the WRS about 2 1/2 years ago. But it's always great to see some of the long time members and participants stepping in.

I see your last WRS was GT4 week 6, so you've taken a 246 week (4.73 year) break.

If the G27 paddles don't work with GT5, is the use of the G27 shifter actually an option? Can you do that without the clutch and meet the WRS guidelines? I guess we'll see it in the replay this week if something odd is going on with the tranny during shifts.

To my knowledge, it doesn't work like the clutch. I think he's talking about using the stick in sequential mode, anyhow.

You can use the H-Pattern without using the clutch. It's like a Sequential 6 Speed shifter.

Yes indeed.

I may get to one last try with the Cappi, my Spoon exit is why my T2 slowed with my update today. Couple tenths there if I can clean that up. However I'm at that stage where it takes me ~5 laps to get within .5 of myself so another go may have me submitting the current lap.
C'mon div 2 don't let this noob get on the podium.

I promised Kevin that I'd submit in this jubilee combo so here are my first splits. Looks like I'm out of shape after a period of less Prologue playing for a number of reasons

I hope to improve my time to 1'58.50x today, or even better 1'57.9xx. I've driven multiple 1'58.7xx's but that's still not very fast compared to all the aliens this week

Had some good luck cleaning up my issues in all of the sectors - submitted with these splits:

1'02.050
1'55.858

Not giving anything away but I don't see anyone in Div 2 (or any other Div for that matter) topping the time that Mignun is most likely submitting - he's got one time on the online leaderboard (I'm assuming that's not even his fastest) and that one would beat P1 in all the other cars. And somehow I don't think my final sector is near clean enough on this run to give DOUQA or clacksman a challenge - I just hope its not too bad to fall off the podium.

I have to say I very much enjoyed this combo this week - nice to be back at Suz and the Tuned Cap was really fun to play with through sector 1 this week.
