Just like last week, you put down some stunning sector times 👍

But there is one thing you need to explain to me, last week you dropped 41 places in the last sector, how on earth is this possible ?? Don't get me wrong, but I smell something 'fishy....

Let's leave that discussion in the week 8 results thread. It looks like he is on track for quick promotion to join his fellow aliens :)

It because i couldnt upload a THE "fastest-lap-replay" caused by the fact that my PS3-HDD was kinda full, so i could only upload the first replay...and thats replay they use to veryfied and thats also the only lap-time that counts. All these other time that i've wrote down didnt count as a final-time.

So for the next time i know what to do, send every kind of "fast-lap-replay" to fetchy instead of ONLY writing fast-times down at the threads! ;)

To clarify, the LAST replay you send to Fetchy is the one we use for the final results. Not the fastest of all the replays, but the one sent closest to the deadline. This way if you accidentally submit one that you didn't mean to, you can follow it up with the one you did mean to send.

Nah, its okay. I sended just 1 or 2 replays to fetchy in week 8. So its actually my own mistake! ;)

Improved at the line but with a rubbish T2, so will hold off posting new splits until I've sorted that out.

I have seen a number of .6 T1's, and have now sussed out T3. Only problem corner is the 1st one in T2... Very hard to get right.

You make it sound like you've never tackled a sharp, blind, downhill, slanted, left turn before.

What the? I'm over the moon when I just break into the .9s, I can't even imagine going that much faster. Would love to see your replay at the end of this week.

I'm sure Ramon and Twissy will show how it should be done soon enough!

How can someone in D3 run laps at D1G pace in this and the RGT?

Did you bother running the qualifier for more than 5 minutes?

Maybe its because that some tracks and cars are not made for someone and for some they are. And this track is kinda annoying and 🤬 except if you know how to tune your car and how to ride it. De divisions doesnt say anything about the driver itself. ;) Its the driver/tuner who drives his car, not the devision itself ;)

You ran D1 pace in the RGT with no tuning, and then you run D1 pace in a completely different car, with completely different handling on a completely different track.

The division piece is irrelevant, it's the amount of effort you put in to the qualifier that's the issue.

Poor 👎

I actually got this time after 7hours driving this car at this track....with the right tuning and setup. I drove it clean so i still donnot see the problem. I drove it clean by the rules and regulations...to keep myself out of trouble (like some apperantly have with my time) ive send FETCHY my fast-time-replay of my last fast time...so that no one can complain or be jealouse. ;)

(But, in metric of course)

No one is jealous... however fast you are, there will always be someone faster. And no one is disputing you have run the times.

The problem is you qualified in D3... and suddenly you're running upper D1 pace... meaning you somehow gained the equivalent of 1-2s per lap vs your qualifying time.

If you'd have qualified in D1, or upper D2, fair enough, but as it stands, you clearly didn't put any effort into the qualifier.

Anyhow, I've said my piece, but I hope you're not involved in the team competition in any way.

Actually....i did my best at the qualifier....but i will explain this again. Im not a huge fan of Wilow springs and sertainly not with the Renault Megane...the M3 GT2 was kinda easy to drive with on Brandshatch, but the "blind-corners' at brandhatch made it tricky as hell. So ive tried everything i could do, but onestly i did it quite fast because i wanted to enter the WRS-GTP as quick as possible. And for me it didnt matter what kind of division i should start. So this is the 5th time ive explained it and also the last time. ;) (i hope so)

Great job! Looks like I gotta give it another go soon. I can't wait to see you in D1 in the future. :D
I hope so bro! :) :D I really cant wait to enter the division where i belong....even it would be D2 or D1 ;)...i really did my best for this and i will stop trying at this track and with this car for today. After 7 hours im done for today! ;)
