In the daily races, I noticed that I take turns 1 and 2 different than most people. It always seems to work nicely for me. I usually gain some good time. Thought I would share one of my sector 1 runs.

I normally like to use an early Apex for the first half and ride that curb on the way in to carry more speed. Then brake down further and trail brake release to get to the second apex.

Looks good and clean, but I think you are sacrifcing some entry speed and leaving the door open a bit.

Everytime I try other approaches I lose too much momentum and lose exit speed. I plan on trying a few more things here next time I get on. I will certainly try your technique and see if I can get it to work. Thanks for the tip.

This MR is just messing with me on this track. I tend to do better in FRs for some reason.

34.407
19.930
48.765

Made some changes to the suspension and LSD that has given me more potential to improve my lap time. However, it's (in my opinion) much more difficult to control.

Front ride height changed to the minimum value
LSD changed to 10/45/15

I'd say there's still about .250 left to find overall.

Insane splits mate  I agree with your comment on lowering the front end I went all the way down and the car went maniac on me so dialled it back a bit from minimum and went with 55 which seemed a good compromise for the less skilled pilot :).

Been busy and still haven't gotten more than a 10 lap stint, Started playing around with the tune and I am now lapping consistently within .3 of my fastest lap. Actually had a decent lap this morning but then I over drove T4 and went off track. :banghead: I may get a chance to run a bit Saturday night otherwise I may get stuck finishing at the bottom of the pack this week.

Some amazing times put down guys

Don't push to hard at Suzuka, just be smooth and let it flow.

I improved my suspension tune while drinking beer and waiting for the update last night with @Gravitron and friends in his party chat.

I did not improve my lap, I blame the beer.

@Ph1sh was in there and tried my new settings, he gave them the thumbs up.

This morning, I improved my time by a few tenths.

35.194
20.621
49.766

New setup, I think code makes Fetchy grumpy so I will use quotes.
EDK Tune
RH 1.97/2.83 (Min Front, 12 clicks above min in the rear)
Springs 2.8/2.8 (Stock, I had lowered the rear before, but the car is more balanced with stock springs)
ARB 7/6
Damp Comp 53/56
Damp Ext 83/86 (I spent 30 minutes just tuning dampers last night. These are good.)
Camber 2.5/3.0
Toe In 0.05/Out 0.05

Aero 250/520 (I was running 500 before. lower than 500 was looser and felt faster, while higher than 500 was actually faster).

LSD 10/20/10

Trans is same as before. Change from stock to fully custom, and the only adjustment is to final drive, 3200. Shift the car with the RPM meter on the HUD at 50%.

Sounds fun, I was contemplating if I should join you guys or if I should go to bed with my wife. My wife won out.

Going to try this out when I get on again (probably tomorrow). I will let you know how it works out. I have been trying all the different tunes.

Does anybody knows why are the numbers of the tunes posted here are different from what's mine said.

for example @EDK tune just post says RH 1.97/2.83 I see MM (millimeters) in the game, with numbers between 60 and 110 MM.

Google the number plus "in to mm"

Or, look more closely at my post, as it was mm friendly. Minimum front, and 12 clicks up from minimum in the rear. As for the others, yes, GIYF.

@EDK's ride height is in inches.

1 inch is 25.4 mm:)

Because imperial v metric.

1.98 is 50mm
2.83 is 72mm
