I had trouble viewing pipi & me. a prompt said its private & i needed permission? So i watched my own replay .
Its probably laps15 &16 or 29 to 31.Both scenarios were the same pipi on fresh tires out of pit as mine were fading but i had to test him on the straits.Yielded to let him run his race.Good driving manners by Pipi too.Good fun.

part 1 of round 2 at Indy..Awesome stuff. Make sure to switch to 720P.

Part 2:

720P

Again nice work blaze. But after watching i recall a little dirty trick of yours during the race :)
The squirlyness before on the banking was because i had left front damage. but then on the straight i thought i had defended enough but you still went for that gap....and then.....shame on me.....sorry Magzire.
:embarrassed:

Oh man, talk of 48s... This isn't good. Iirc i was 51s lol! Maybe i should practice and stop playing Skyrim..

All these lap time benchmarks are cool, but race craft is another story. We'll see. I'm betting 48's will hardly be reached, let alone 49's.

WOW this thread has suddenly come alive lolll honestly i think we will see a low 49sec from one of the zondas maybe 48s

i think either you and Veloci could possibly hit 48s in race trim over alot of laps and the rest in the 49s thats how much advantage the zondas have over a race distance or it could be the other way around 48s in qualifying...

This is true... Last race was talk of 22s when 23/24s were the pace.

And 23's by a couple of people (I think), but not consistently. I'm telling you, practice online is different from racing online. The physics might not be that much of a change, but with other cars around you, it feels different. You can be practice king all day, but come the race your car is midfield. It happened to other members, I always like to practice by racing, not by online lounges with 'free run'.

Either way I think we will see a new bench mark set by the Zondas on Sunday:tup

I just bought a Zonda LM yesterday, with just a basic tune, I gave it over to my B-Spec guys for some online B-Spec seasonals; 650PP Tokyo/Race Hards, level 26 b-spec guy was doing 1:35/1:36's, that's the fastest any of my GT-cars at 650PP have done in b-specs hands. It's taking the chicane on the back 'straight' almost flat out, 220kmh through there and they always brake. I think it's safe to say that it and the Ford GT test car have the highest cornering speeds of the GT's.

lol my car wont be set up for 48's for race day thats for sure

Don't discount the fords, they're extremely good in the corners and not as slow on the straights as some make em out to be. Lol

Well if that's the case we will see the Zondas slugging it out with the fords for pole position and possibly in the race and the viper fighting against the corvette and the Nissan and CLK

That's how it always is, i just wait for the fords and Zondas to take each other out, or themselves out. :)

Then pounce that's a great tactic but I think you will need that and luck on your side too... and plus the weather will be intriguing this weekend it cold turn the whole race upside down anyone could have a chance of winning then...

It will be tough, but the weather plays a big role, if we get overcast for qualifying and the race, our times will be at least .5 quicker than in sunny conditions. Cooler track = more grip. That being said, 48s may be tough. It will need a perfect lap and perfect conditions.

I just found my new not-so-secret weapon for this zonda: Chassis reinforcement. World of difference :P

First time i got to take the car out this week about half hour ago, mid 49 on lap 2. I need some time to get this car dialed. Tires suck. Magz gimme your secret!!! lol

Which is why I need to turn the CLK into a winning machine, and that won't be easy.
