i aint got a ps3 yet man bought another today and dropped it getting out the car. but yeah i see not many using it as a main car but i like the cars in general so wanna comp use it for VDC

This is a very easy car to drift, I tuned it to my liking but I think most people will find it a very fun car to drift.
You should keep it in high revs and sometimes use the e-brake to initiate a drift, but you can go around Suzuka East keeping it sideways while in 3rd gear. I hope you guys like it, it's my first tune! :)

 
i have the subi impreza wagon '04 that i litarally have every performance part except nos. slamed lowered all the way. cambered -10 front & rear +2in rims (gotta loved a stanced wagon) and the torque control is moved to 10 front 90 rear this the same setup i used in gt5. and everyone would go nuts seeing a awd stanced wagon out drift them. this set up all you have to get used to is the front wheels will try and pull you the direction of the countersteer. with practice its pretty beast and it takes like 2 min. to build. WILL EDIT AND PUT INTO LIST CHART AND FULL PART LIST AS SOON AS I GET TO MY COMPUTER.

I'm pretty sure you're not :) I was also setting up a Hakosuka for drift, but i don't really like how 'standard' it looks in GT6 :(

Notes:
Feels just like drifting in gt5! Quite happy with how this tune has turned out. The car is quite agile and handles weight transfer really well, very predictable oversteer and good fun to drive. Needs a little bit of encouragement to break loose initially but once you've got the wheels spinning you can just floor it and watch the world go by sideways.

Would love to know what other people think of the car and encourage you to make tuning changes as you see fit

Chassis Strengthening: Important on older cars

In GT5 chassis strengthening was a complete waste of time, the only real noticeable effect was a surprising amount of understeer. In GT6 however I have noticed the chassis improvement is much more positive, particularly when it comes to older American cars such as the Shelby GT350, Dodge Charger, Chevy Barracuda etc. This era of car suffers with a lot of chassis flex due to their rudimentary ladder frame designs and this leads to odd handling characteristics when it comes to weight transfer, even when stiffer springs/dampers are fitted. The effect tends to manifest itself as a weird lateral spring like feeling when you are at the limit, like the car is hitting a bump and then getting all out of shape regardless of track conditions. Basically the frame of the car twists and acts like a spring, it coils under load then springs open when the load is lessened. It is hard to explain, but if there is something you are struggling with on an old car tune, this could well be the answer.
