Lucky to be Canadian..

Anyway, looks like I'm on course to win the Minichamps '04 Webber Jaguar F1 :) 13 pounds last time I saw!

Well if you want some deals from Britain, let me know. I check ebay often but I only bookmark stuff that's favourable for a canadian lol.

For example, there's a guy in UK that sells some Minichamps Ralf Schumacher FW26 (Walrus) at a nice price (20 pounds or something). There's also another guy that sells lots of Williams' including Ralf's 1st Win at Imola 2001 and several earlier Montoya models, all for like 20 pounds each, all by Minichamps 1:18. Those are good deals. You can also get those Alonso models I have (Champion and Constructor's) for cheap in UK.

There's a guy who's been at Goodwood the past few years who sells a load of Minichamps 1:18 F1 cars, a few seasons old, for £10 each. I got Verstappen's Minardi last time, might get some more if he's still around this year.

I didn't get a chance to post this one. I got this with the Renault Constructor's model. Got it on a sale for $35cad. It is a BAR Honda 007 Jenson Button "Showcar". This is the 2005 "launch" car. It's really nice, usual Minichamps quality. I will be ordering "Lucky Strike" decals for this one, looks like a relatively straightforward conversion to do. The "bar codes" can be taken off with a small knife it looks like, the "Look Left" and "Look Right" may be a bit harder to do.

This is the last BAR that ran with tobacco livery (Lucky Strike and special 555 livery at Shanghai GP).

Since the 2005 555 conversion (Shanghai GP) is very hard to do and I can't find the decals anyway, I will be trying to get a Sato 006 BAR (2004) and get the 555 decals for that (which I can find and is much easier to do).

Looks nice 👍

I laid my eyes on a Toyota 90C-V, this site has got some amazing models of Toyota, including nearly every Super GT (JGTC) Supra and a huge amount of Le Mans cars, I also spotted Trulli's TF106 👍

BTW: Has anyone come across a Toyota Supra? I'm looking for a 1:18 model but I haven't spotted one yet...

Today is a good day. I just won my first Exoto on ebay. It's a Lotus 49B driven by Graham Hill. It's his car from '68, the year he was champion. I also got it for an amazing price. How does 40 pounds including postage sound?? :dunce:

Im off to my local model shop tomroow with around £50 to spend, they stock quite a few different AA's such as murcielagos and more, many kyoshos are also there, aswell as minichamps. Can any reccoemnd a model to buy?

Here's a little preview of my private (mostly Europen Ford models) collection.

Most of them are from Paul's Model Art [Minichamps] but I also have Troféu, Corgi and Matchbox models.
I prefere scale 1:43 but I collect 1:18 and 1:25 too.

Nice collection. The R32 by Kyosho looks nice.

I have that Skyline Gran Turismo and the #3 Toyota as well. They are both quite rare nowadays. In fact since i've been using ebay (january 2006), I have not once seen the #3 Toyota on there. I was lucky enough to find a brand new one at this store at a holiday resort for a reasonable price (about $80 US). I found that reasonable because it was the only Toyota I wanted and I haven't seen it anywhere else online.

I will get myself one in February. That's when I was told by a website I frequently buy from that they will have it in stock again (much cheaper than $250aud btw, more like $110aud.

What website is it? I'd love to get my hands on one aswell.

Tomotorsport.com and scale18.com should have them again sometime soon (hopefully). I'm not sure how much shipping to australia would be though (the sites are from Canada).

i would rather wait for the carbon fibre version

[HomerSimpson]Two questions: how much, and give it to me.[/HomerSimpson]

Any ideas on the release date? Any ideas on price?

I'm waiting for the normal version, it's on backorder at the moment.
