^Thanks.

I wanted to start a 1/43 Le Mans collection, but when I started to realize how many of them were out there, I changed to Toivonen cars. Although, the Le Mans and GT cars have some great models out.

Yeah, I don't have a "Collection" or anything like that at the moment, because Le Mans die casts are so hard to come across in NZ. Same for GT cars. And it costs up to $60 to get a 1/18 die cast shipped from the US. 1/43 probably about $30!

I have a question about your Norev RS Spyder, because I'm still looking at a 1/18 RS Spyder; and I procrastinated too much on buying the Autoart one so I'm going for Norev, how is the detail on them? Does it have engine detail, because according to Mildashers they don't.

I'm pretty sure that model is the exact same car from GT5, the Ford GT LM Race Car. They have the same paint scheme, number, wheels, etc.

I dropped out quite early on GT5, I wasn't aware of the car. SUPER nice. 👍

I've ordered myself a Nissan R390 GT1. Couldn't find the light blue one available in GT5 but this looks sweet too.
I'll get some pics up when it arrives.

My brother gave me a couple models including an Alfa Romeo GTA, an old Thunderbird (70s), and a Honda 1600 coupe. Along with that, I've asked or a Mazda 787B, BMW 3.0 CSL race car, 76 911 Turbo , Porsche GT3 RS  and I think one other I can't think of off my head for Xmas. Yup Xmas. I was gonna go for a 944 model but the cheapest on EBay was $140 and I don't feel like searching the web.

For Christmas I got my first 1:18 minichamps model. It's a Porsche 956 with the "Spirit of America" red white and blue livery. It is quite common, So you guys probably have seen it. I will upload pics of my collection when I get home

I have something to wait for now. Hurry up I want to see this!!

You guys are lucky to be living in bigger countries, you can get all of these things without having to import, unlike here where people don't know what Le Mans is and when told think it's spelt Le Mons.

I don't wanna buy them myself so I just ask for 2 things for Christmas: car models and money and if I ask now nobody'll have to worry about it during the busy shopping seasons.

Strange I basically import everything from Australia

My 3rd addition has arrived!

Really like the way this car looks, from the 1997 Le Mans.

No one comments on my collection! :( nice Nissan though!

P.S. How do you upload pictures like that?
Put the pictures on to the computer then onto an image hosting site such as imgur, Photobucket, Imageshack, Imagebam etc, then use
tags and copy the URL. :)

^It definitely looks smart! :P Except for the case, it would have saved a lot of space to go the normal route and place Ferrari 458 badging to the side of the car rather than in front.

Haha you're right about the case !!! I didn't even noticed how long it is until you mentioned it.

So today I got a murcielago to go with the other lambo I have, it's one of the cheaper models, it's maisto, but it looked good enough and was at a reasonable price, so I got it, here's a pic:

I currently have 8 complete 1/18 models, another that is broken, and one that I am in the process of repainting (Have not had time to finish yet) but when I do finish I'm planning on getting a model of a Range rover P38 and then I'll be satisfied with the collection for some time.
