Alot of those models kick ass VipFreak, lol.

I've been looking around for another model to add to my collection since my most recent puchase of another NASCAR model and I gots to say the M3 GTR by Minichamps is telling my mind to part with cash and buy this stunner!

sweet ive got one of those in silver but if i had the choice would have had it in carbon black... i suggest you get one in carbon black they looks sooooo much better!!1

This is not a 1:18 scale model, but just thought i'll tell you. :)

Yesterday i bought a 1:24 scale Mazda 787B. :) It's the RENOWN #55 model.
The first Japenese car to win in Le Mans 24 hours. It won in 1991.

I'm very pleased about it. The guy at the counter told me that it is quite rare.
Its made by ixomodels. It was either the Mazda or the Pegeout 905LM.
I don't have a picture of the Mazda though.

The drivers were: V.Weidler-J.Herbert and B.Gachot
For anyone who's interested the website is www.ixomodels.com

When the intro is finished click on product list, to find mordern supercars,
rallying legends etc. They've got a section devoted to Ferrari's only.
They haven't got much cars yet since it's new, but expect more to come.
There's some 1999 Nippo Denso TSO10 Toms Toyota in there which look quite cool.

There's some very nice models in your gallery, bondy_1625
I like the Corvette Stingray, the M3 GTR and the Grand Sport Corvette looks nice as well.

Very nice! 👍
Just ordered the MC12s they have, or better yet, trying to find where to order them.

I'm glad the website has been useful for you. :) 👍
I was going to buy the Sauber C9 1:24 Tamiya make it yourself kit but there were none in stock that day. Hey check this. I was on ebay's website and i typed Sauber Mercedes C9 1:18. The price was unbelieavable. The information and details of the product said that in previous auctions the Sauber C9 was soaring above a £300
price! :ill: The Sauber C9 is going to come out as a new 1:24 release as an ixo model. It cost £34.00 or something similar to that. 👍

It was 1993 Nippo Denso TSO10's not 1999. I made that mistake in the earlier post. :)

What's up guys. I collect a couple 1:18 models myself. My collection is not that big, I've only got a couple number of 1:18 cars for now. If you want any pics, check out the thread I made. Here's what I got so far.

Maisto:'99 Ford Mustang GT, Jaguar S-Type, Porsche 996 Targa
Hot Wheels: Ferrari Enzo
Shell: Ferrari F50
BBurago: Dodge Viper RT/10, Bugatti EB110 SS, Lamborghini Diablo VT, Mercedes 300SL (cabriolet version of Gullwing), '54 or '57 Corvette Cabriolet

And well that's it. I've got a couple 1/24, 1/43 and many 1/64 cars as well. Mostly regular stuff, like Corvette C5, a Lamborghini Gallardo, and so on. Most of you I see have some very nice collections. I'm more of a 'in-progress collector' at the moment. My wallet can't really hold too many cars, at least not for the next 5-6 years or so until I get a real job (just starting university now). I've been collecting these cars throughout the year. Only until recently (3-4 years ago) has my family been able to really afford the expenses of buying more than a 1:18 or 1:24 car every so often, and only until very recently (about a year ago) have I started"profitting" of this opportunity kind of.

Here's some of the cars that I plan adding to my collection, after I manage to get a special showcase for all of my cars (my mom said we'll get one as soon as we can, she can't stand all the cars lying around on the shelves anymore). Anyway, here's what I'm looking for (all 1:18).

Viper GTS (blue w/ stripes), Testarossa, Murcieliago (black), Corvette C6 coupe (yellow), Mercedes SLR in silver, Impreza rally (newest), 1 or 2 other rally cars like Xsara, Focus, 307 etc., two or three GT/LM cars like Porsche GT1, CLK-GTR or CLK-DTM, Audi R8, that kind of stuff, and my ultimate dream would be to have a McLaren F1 road version in black by Maisto, if I could find one.

Of course, I'd like to have other cars as well, but my wallet can't really hold that many cars. I would like to get other mainstream sports cars like Ferrari 360 Spider, 575M Maranello, F430, or a Ford GT. Oh well, maybe one day.

the corvette stingray is made by revell, the m3 GTR is minichamps obviously and the grand sport is maisto just so you know! ;)

i, need to update that page and put a lotta extra ones on there i have 36 models total and only have pics of 15 of them....

but i need to halt my model buying for a while now as i have other things to focus on...for example i wanna save up £5695 for a second hand toyota gt-four (st205) in white! saw it at a dealer not too far away recently
i thought it was a fantastic deal!!

Today I went to the local hobby & craft stores that I found in my phone directory. One of them had a very good number of die-cast cars, but most of them were old-school american muscle cars, like Chevelles, older Corvettes, Plymouth Hemi Cuda, Firebirds, and so on, cars that I'm not even the slightest bit interested in (ok so maybe I like the Shelby GT500 and Corvette L67 or w/e it's called, but that's it, and maybe the Mustang Mach 1). Besides, the Shelby GT500 they had was $80 CAD. That's bloody expensive (at least for me it is). They also had a couple of Hot Wheels and Maisto and a few Bburago, but none of them were interesting to me. The Hot Wheels 360 Spider, 550 Barchetta and Corvette C6 Convertible cost about $50 CAD each, so I dropped the idea of buying from there.

The other store I went to had mostly a couple of AUTOart cars (not very interesting cars either) and a couple of mainstream Maisto's (Lexus SC430, Jag X-Type, bleh). There's 2 more major hobby stores in town, and one of them is supposed to be like the biggest in Canada. I'll visit that one whenever I get the time.

Anyway, I decided to pay a trip to local Toys R Us after my small adventure through town. I found they had only a small number of cars, but they had what I was looking for. They had a red 360 Spider and Diablo GTR for 20cad and a dark blue Murcielago for 18 cad (all by Hot Wheels). They also had a F40 and F512M and the rest of the cars were like Merc SLK, Beetle, Merc S-Class  . And now I'm the happy owner of a dark blue Murcielago.

If you haven't realized yet, I'm more of a casual collector and I'm mostly based towards the models from Maisto, Hot Wheels and BBurago, I don't really have an interest in paying $50-$150 on a die-cast car. The only car I'll pay $50 for is either a F1 car when the time comes and I have some extra cash or a McLaren F1.

Anyway again, I don't want to keep you guys reading anymore. I can't wait to get the new furniture in my basement in september or october whenever it may so I can showcase my cars properly. Here's the car I got.

blue Murcielago

360 Spider that I'll prolly buy in Sept.

My long term plan is to get a red Testarossa, a McLaren F1 roadcar, a Merc SLR and if possible a blue Viper GTS with the white stripes. All other cars I get are gonna be bonuses like this 360 Spider, and probably the Diablo GTR and if I find a Corvette C6 Coupe in red or yella. 👍

Great models you have there guys!
I mainly collect 1:18 Ferraris, so I have like 30 different types of Ferraris in that scale. Most of them are bought when I was quite young so their quality isn't the best. But I have some good ones too.
Then I have another collection of old American muscle cars. Including the "Bullitt" Charger R/T made by ERTL and right next to it I have the "Bullitt" Ford Mustang GT390. They look kinda cool side to side. Then I have a Yenko Camaro and a Shelby Cobra.
I'm pretty proud of my collection with over 100 models (not all of them in 1:18 though).

Very nice. Do you happen to have a Ferrari 512TR, 288 GTO (or 308 GTB) or a 512BB? I'd like to see a pic with a 512BB or 512TR if you have one of those.

None of those models in my collection yet. I have the 512BB in 1:43 and the 308 GTB also. But I'm constantly looking for those models I don't have. My goal is to collect all Ferrari models from 1948's 166 Inter to 2005's FXX. So some collecting to be done... :ill:

I've also got a 512BB in 1/43 by BBurago, #66 in competition of some kind. There's a 308 GTB that I have as well, but it's only a 1/64, it's a Magnum PI special from Hot Wheels or Matchbox (can't remember which), paid only $5 for it (found it rather expensive at the time, I was only 11 and a half and I was buying Matchbox/Hot Wheels 1/64 cars for $1.00-$1.50 per car while in vacation in new york). Good memories. The 512BB was my first Bburago car and first 1/43 car. 👍

My plan is to get a red Testarossa 1/18 by Maisto or Bburago and also 360 Modena/Stradale and 575M Maranello by Maisto/Hot Wheels in 1/18. If I could, I would like to get a red 512TR alongside a red Testarossa, since the 512TR is my favorite car of all time (very nice engine sound, flat-12 420hp), but chances are low.

The wheels fell off that's all.But my dad threw it away so I couldn't fix it.
