hey, well between my father and i, we have well over 300, hes finishing the basement as we speak and they will all go on display, so i can get you guys some pics, his consist of mainly euro and domestic cars from the 20's to the late 80's. I collect modern cars, ahve about 25 or so, but he has all the nice Exoto Formula 1 models...sooo hot

In my family it goes the other way. I have pretty many models and my dad has six 1:18 scaled models (MB W120 190 "Ponton" by Revell , BMW 2002 tii by AutoArt, All three models of VW typ3 (variant, sedan and coupe) by AutoArt and Mustang BOSS 302 by ERTL. In total we have maybe 75 models in 1:18 scale plus all the smaller ones. So WELL over 200 models if you count them.

Are those rare where yoyu come from? I have a model centre nearby that has at least 16 1:18 Cadillac CTS-V's (race spec) Stacked on the shelves.

That centre is extremly good.

At the back of the shop i found 1:18 of the 1985 JPS Lotus. It costs £47.99.
I was going to buy a 1:43 but some prat purchsased it quicker than me, so i'll guess i'll have to buy the 1:18.

(EDIT) I could only find a 1:32 slotcar version made by Parma.

It sucks though. All it is, is the car's bodyshell with out headlights and taillights. 👎

Hey Sting, i've found an XJR-15 1:43 at Ebay!

I don't know who makes it, but it's from germany. He will accept pounds as well.

Go to ebay and type xjr 15 in search it will be right at the bottom. so far only one person has placed a bid and you've got 8 days and 3 hours left.

The price stands at £1.52.

He'll post it worldwide as well

Nice find shaun, I'll have a think about it, if I understood it correctly it was a kit made of resin and metal that he put together himself, I was hoping for a manufactured one... oh well I'll think it over.

Just a small update, I emailed the guys at AutoArt seeing as they have made an XJ13 Jaguar model and inquired about if they will make an XJR-15 in the model and the response I got is in the positive, heres a quote from the reply email I got:

We are intended to develop this XjR-15, as well as XJR-9 in near future.

So anyone else who'd like this model will know that AutoArt are on the matter. I'm gonna wait and see if this develops into a real model and then probably get that.
