The AA M3 Evo looks really nice, let me know your thoughts on it when you get it :)

Great deal you got I must say, what is the site?

PMed about the site.

I will let you know if/when I pick up the AA M3 though.

Y'all know how I said this?

Now I just need to get the AutoArt E30 M3 Sport Evo and that's it. I'm done. I've spent way too much money on this.

Yeah, so I'm going to eat my words right now. I'm poking at the various BMW models and I think I'm going to buy an AA E24 M635CSi if I see one. I'm also really really digging this model, or like this:

Look at that model!

I may just have to buy that also...

I know, I have it as well. $40? Wow, I picked it up at Costco for $12 like 2 years ago.

I got it from a local hobby shop. So I knew the price was going to be higher than average, plus they didn't have a lot of cars that I liked that were in stock. I'll probably post the pics of it tonight. I looked at the CMC prices they were out of budget most of the cars that I can afford are in the $50 range.

No, it's not quite THAT special, I'm afraid, but it's one that a lot of people here will enjoy. And no, it's not for sale, before anyone asks. Unless you can manage to get me a date with Keira Knightley, then maybe we can talk. :P

Apologies for the complete mess behind said model, I tend to let my desk clutter up...

Funny story with this one, I actually bought it before they came out, and had to wait something like 6 months before receiving it, at which point I had totally forgotten about it. That was 11-12 years ago I believe... Wonder what they're worth today.
Ok, that is nice, i really like that, especially so since it has the ZTUNE body... Or is it just a ZTUNE in Livery? It might also be an R tune aswell:drool

I will give you 2000 yen for it, LOL:

You should shop around a little more and see who else carries 1/18's in your area. Unless its a rare or old Maisto, I can't see paying more than $15-20...especially in the US.

There are only 2 local hobby shops that I know of that are 5+ minuets away from my house, all my other cars I've bought were from Collectible Diecast.com. It did have a mercedes box instead of the regular Maisto box, it also say its a Mercedes Benz Vision SLR which I have no idea what the Vision part means.

Hmm, sounds like the Dealer Edition possibly?! A quick search on ebay shows that you got a pretty good deal if that's the case.

I find it odd that MB would get Maisto to do a dealer edition though...

Well there is an easy way to find out..

Based upon what wheel style it has.

This one is the maisto dealer version with the special wheels.

Does it have those wheels? If so you got it for a steal 👍

Yaay!!!

My Red Bull X2010 Carbon arrived today
Its beautiful  Will post pictures of my new items soon (haven't in a while)

It's an R-Tune with the GT livery, just like it was in GT4. Even has the Nismo Weldina exhaust, and the red R1 valve cover. It had its own bespoke GT logo'ed box, too.

I haven't seen one for sale in ages, I wonder what kind of value it would have these days.

I was not aware that there is a 1:18 scale Mazda 6, so I will need to acquire that to match the one I own...

I've been browsing and spending a lot of time reading DiecastXChange. I found AMG and Bram on there. But man, there are so many cars out there that are made, and the amount of money some people have put into the hobby is crazy...

This is going to be a slippery slope, but I think I've decided that I'll be mostly collecting BMWs and cars that I have owned, and maybe a few other race cars that I really like and that's on sale, for now...

Indeed, I'm on DX but not very active there, more of a browser.

Found a hobby shop nearby and bought 2 steel wires 0.3mm and 0.5mm. Does wonders to make antenna's to replace missing ones.

Slippery slope indeed, Im trying to focus on my Corvette and Aston collection for now, yet I still ordered that E39.

Gotta stop.

I don't like Transformers, but this is just cool! I like that you can't see right away what is it is, I actually would like to own one... :dopey:

There are some cool ones out there like Alternators (real cars, I think Optimus Prime was a Dodge pickup and Ravage was a Jaguar XK) which you can only tell if you look inside. I personally have Silverstreak who turns into a Subaru.
