True, though I should reshoot the models in better light setup. I have been 'away' for a while. (see status change on the left below avatar). Health issues are preventing me from playing GT6 and are hampering work too. Visits to the fysio seem to exacerbate the pain.Seems like it got you more in the mood to waste time fooling around with all that expensive photographic equipment you have............Nice to see you back, AMG - or maybe I may have missed some of your recent posts. 👍
Best suggestion ever, unfortunately, right now I can purchase just two of them.Get all of them.
My first choice, no doubt, is the Brabham BT45A, I really like the car itself and the Martini liverylooks great and stylish.Sorry can't help you out there, I have no knowledge of F1 to help you out making a choice. I tend to go with a car I like the looks of others decide based on historic impact etc. I don't collect f1 cars either but I like the 3 above.
I've done it just once with the wrong equipment, I was very young back then, like 12 years old, the big problem is...I have extremely high standards, I want to achieve millimetric precision, so if I decide to apply a decal I will probably move it hundreds of time until I'm not full satisfied (quite impossible). So what's you technique (or lack of) that made it such a debacle? If they're water decals I tend to soak them in as little water as possible and use a paint brush (for models ) to slide them in to place. If they need to go into difficult places Microscale Micro Sol products may help you conform them to the body.
Thx for the compliment on the Silver Sauber, here's a previous one Kouros Mercedes
I'm thinking small triple figure.I'm gonna guess like 60 bucks(don't remember)? You were probably like five at the time.
No, seriously. I got that car loooong time ago. Most I ever paid for diecast was my AutoArt Toyota GT One, which I think was just over $80.I'm thinking small triple figure.
Whatever the tag said, it doesn't matter now that you have a car you wanted bad enough to pay for. 1:64 scale cars, particularly Hot Wheels are a different story since their not a big loss in money though still worth every penny. No, seriously. Nice. 👍 I love Senna(who doesn't!), but Nakajima was a big national hero when I was a kid, so I was partial to mine.I have a similar era Lotus myself, a Sienna 98T...

I have a question for some of you guys in the states, where do you normally order your cars from, I want to find a dealer I can work with on picking up some cars but can't always pay $300 off the bat.
