Well I can just glue on the antenna again. Question is what the residue on the tyre is and if it can be removed. Other than that the model is spotless.

On that, the smell of resin right out of the box is pure heaven!

EDIT: Some preview images. I might try and get some more tomorrow when I've tried and get a white backdrop to shoot on or something else.

These are all my 1:18's, except for a 348 TS that I can't find.
If you want any close-ups, let me know which one. I'll clean it up and set up a backdrop for it... and maybe throw in a little Photoshop.

As you guys can see, there's a smudge on the front left tyre on the Audi. I'm not sure what it is and with what to remove it, if it can be removed. Sending these images to CK Modelcars to make them aware of the issue, but if it can be removed that would be great! The rear fin also doesn't seem to be perfectly straight. It's a neat model, but it doesn't feel like the manufacturer that made my 1997 TWR Porsche. That is a stunningly detailed and finished model!

My two latest additions:
1/18 AUTOart Initial D AE86:

^ Had that one on pre-order for a couple months, finally shipped last week and got it yesterday (while I was sleep lol...)

1/43 HPI Lancia Stratos HF Stradale:

Will take better pics of both on my days off (if I'm not too lazy that is). I also need to take new pics of tons of older models if I can ever get around to it...

Oh, and I was looking through pics and found a couple pics of my TS020, though mine is the 1999 version...

^ Uber old pic, showing the engine cover mod I did years ago (copied the idea from a model car forum).

^ Fairly recent pic, with my AUTOart Bentley Speed 8.

This one is the 'intruder' of the collection above (yep, it only includes a Ferrari F2000)
2f22.jpg

MicroMachines! Almost every single racing car Galoob has ever made, missing some colour variations (some of the missing ones are in brand new blisterpacks which I've never opened).
a2c8.jpg

Ferrari 330 P4, my all-time favourite, I got 3 packs containing this damn car, it's extremely rare, only manage to buy from different U.S eBayer after a very long search...
prj4.jpg

Some of the classic Formulas included in F1 2013, the 312T2 is from another collection, and the 1:18 Ferrari F310 is made by Bburago.
w6xd.jpg

A Williams FW15C, 1:64 by Minichamps, using Micro Machines pit crew, perfect for this size. (sorry for the quality...)
iogd.jpg

Various mix of Ferrari with the number 27, including a F92A 1:64 (I've got Ivan Capelli's one as well, the 2 Williams and Martin Brundle's Benetton from the 1992 season).
On the top there's also a Ferrari 330 P3.

@carfanatic45 request :cheers:

@Bram Turismo

Thanks for posting the photos of the TS020, and since prices on them aren't ridiculous yet, I'm going to keep my eye out for a 1999 #3 car on eBay and buy one when I see a good one.

Why only the #3?

@Bram Turismo
Sorry to see your antenna broke =( Don't know about the glue (or whatever it is). Maybe wait till you have an answer from CK and see what is possible. I would send it back if it isn't that much trouble for you..

The TS020 is excellent though! Never ever lifted my engine cover, might do that for a change! :dopey:

That's the second place Le Mans car, and so of the 1999 cars, that's the one I would get. I haven't decided how I feel about the 1998 cars yet. In terms of liveries, I like the cleanness to the 1999 car but the 1998 livery is more interesting. If there's a good deal and it's hard to find the 1999 cars at a reasonable price, then I may just go for a 1998 car instead.

Okay 👍 I'm not sure which one I like more. I got the '98 model (#29 if I'm not mistaken), I would really want another TS020 :D They are all just epic!

Yep.

UPDATE: Switched to Fuchs wheels. :sly:

Pics or it didn't happen :P

I got a few more Kinsmart Die Cast from CVS Pharmacy today and my collection grows.

One of them was this Continental SS Convertible.

I just bought the Otto 750iL, AutoArt Mercedes 190E Evo II and AutoArt Mazda 787B. I'm quite irritated that I just missed out on the 787B by a few days. Modelissimo still had the old release available, for 20 Euros less than the new release too. I wanted the old release because that's the actual livery of of the at 1991 Le Mans race time, while the 20th anniversary release is the livery as it stands now. In the 20 years since the race, the 787B has acquired additional stickers from Goodwood Festival and other events, and I wanted the original livery instead of the one with all the new stickers that weren't on originally. I was going to buy, but didn't actually execute, so I watched it disappear off their store. :grumpy:

Pictures to come when I receive them.
