Also looking at another model to buy, but I have some auctions ending soon that I'm interested in so I'm going to hang on and see if I might end up with one of them.

I also have two other Commodore Police cars but they are packed away and I don't have any pics of them. I do have a 1:18 Valiant Charger Police Car on order. Your police cars are pretty cool aswell.

I need some help. I'm trying to decide what 1:24 car I should put in a display case. My definite options are below.
  1. '60s Drag Camaro
  2. Buick GNX
  3. Nissan Titan
  4. Alfa Romeo 8C
  5. '67 Pontiac Firebird
  6. Plymouth Superbird
  7. Ford Thunderbolt
  8. '69 Camaro
  9. '69 Dodge Charger
  10. '62 Chevy Impala
  11. a new car
Thoughts?

I would put the most expensive one you have
My personal favourite from those is the Superbird anyway.

The most expensive one isn't listed since its going in a multi-car case. I've already decided on the Firebird. Luckily for you, I have three other cases, but no room for them.

You know what, i think we should let 1:64 scale models be post in here, like Kyosho-tomica limited vintage etc, they are 1:64, but they are indeed scale models, and HIGHLY detailed, let the hotwheels matchboxes stay in the hotwheels thread, but high end 1:64 scales should be posted here...imo.

I cannot view this thread anymore. I'm so jealous of you guys. There are so many amazing models that I would love to have! Specially this:

BTW, what brand is this Viper? I don't recall seeing a 1/18 Oreca before. I really wanted one of these but they seem so hard to find.

It's made by AutoART. There are TONS of Vipers on Ebay. The trick is to buy one for the right price.

I bought mine for 100 euros including postage fees, which is a really good deal for an AutoART. But then there are idiots listing it as "WOW EXTREMELY RARE" and ask $300 for it. You can get Vipers anywhere from 100-150 euros. There is actually a 100 euro Team Oreca Viper on Ebay right now if you are quick.

Similar to those retards that ask $250 for a Minichamps M3 GT2 because they are supposed to be rare. But they aren't, you ALWAYS find many on Ebay. A 1:18 AutoART CLK-LM #35 Le Mans 1998, now that is a rare model.

And don't even get me started on the M3 GT2 "Art" car that goes for $400 minimum. "Cus they are rare bro". Meanwhile you can find nearly 10 of them for sale on Ebay... :banghead:

Looks beautiful in that 2nd shot

Anyway guys, i'm off school for two weeks. I have four boxes of cars from my childhood, there must be at least 2000 cars overall, and i'm going to sort out the finest and post them up here next week :D
