A typical solution to lower if your model has springs is to cut them.

Right now I'm still working on an RX-7 and I am using the same concept as I do with Hot Wheels:

Examine the parts that hold the wheels, and simply remove whatever material that prevent the parts from moving further up (bringing the wheels closer to the body). Usually, I'm looking for plastic to shave off. You can probably do the same somehow.

If you remove too much material, a quick and dirty trick is baking soda + super glue., The baking soda is the filler and the super glue acts as an instant hardener.

Edit: Jesus, IG. Why weren't we notified of all these re-releases with different wheels?

Some Nismofest version.... which may explain why it's 32000 JPY!

Here's some more IG News.

We got real pics of some future 1/18 models:

My 997.5 GT3 arrived today. It's the only dealer edition model I have (made by Norev) and it is rare and I am slightly ashamed about the price I paid for it. Anyways, the model is far better than I expected it to be (based on my damaged GT3 RS on the previous page from the same manufacturer) and the red paint is especially gorgeous. I just can't bring myself to attempt to customize the car to lower it, so I will leave it be. It's my first red model and I have to say I love the color.

This rounds out my GT3 (non-RS) collection as far as I am concerned, I'm still on the fence about getting into any 991 models.

We got my two favourite brands on board.

How's the Fairlady? Does it have crazy negative camber in the back like mine?
It actually is pretty decent, only thing is that there is a slight difference from the left to the right side. So maybe it was intended to do oval racing.

So...mission aborted on the Ford GT40 GT4, there's a guy with the Bentley Speed 8 (True Scale) and Mazda MXR-1 (Spark), MAY buy both of those...
@Venom800tt , I need your help:
About the Bentley...True Scale or Autoart?
Personally I don't really like the decals on the TSM models but this "combo" solution is way cheaper, the Bentley was on the "to buy list" and the MXR-1 will be a great extra.
Spark uses tampo (like AutoArt/Exoto) or decals (like Minichamps)?
There's also a Jag Exoto XJR-9 #2 on auction...so much stuff I want, so little money! Well...I do have nearly 500€ but I don't want to blast them all...actually I feel like I want to keep them

@Vitocorp
Spark, along with all other resin manufacturers use decals, as resin cannot handle the forces caused by tampo painting.
And from what I have seen, the TSM Speed 8 is more accurate, as the AA is missing the smaller side windows below the large windows. Dunno why AA omitted these little windows, but after someone pointed that out to me, it is very obvious.

And here I was ready to commit more towards resin models.

Guess I should've went for the Minichamps 12C GT3 rather than TSM's.
Most all Minichamps use decals even on diecasts :sly:
Granted, I do have a couple Minichamps with mostly tampos instead of decals, but all of them are old releases.

Tampo>>>Decals

Some Minichamps have serious issues with decals, I've refused to buy my loved F93A 1:18 due to this issue...and Minichamps it's the only 1:18 option for this car.
About the Bentley, I've made an offer on a EXP Speed 8, AutoArt of course, got it for 130€, brand new!
The Jag XJR-9 #2 went for neraly 400€ so I had to pass the offer...
Still, I will consider the Mazda MXR-01 from Spark, the model looks more gorgeous every time I see it.
And the Lancia LC2 is vanished from eBay...for now...

Then it's a good thing I decided on a TSM with broken rotors over than a Minichamps that have a solid grill mesh.

Still though, after reading up what hobby veterans have said about it, boo to decals!

AUTOart never made a Ferrari due to licensing issues. But you can finally have one, in the form of the Liberty Walk 458 Italia. It won't have Ferrari badges though...

Recieved today noticed that this was a new spark one and were only made for VLT for a promotion, Emailed them to see if they had any and sadly they told me that they were all sold, woke up to an email 4 days later saying that they had sourced one for me but could only accept payment in cash, thankfully and huge thanks to @Dac_Xint he went and got it for me.

Thought it might have been a GTE mould with a different from end but its a completely different mould to the GTE

Let's see. It doesn't have the front lights, and doesn't have the slots on the side skirt. Bonnet has different vents, wiper is different, antenna, canards, and more.

I should put that on my wishlist.

Hey! I'm glad you got it in good condition. I was really worried that it might be damaged during shipping. Looks like I did a decent job packing it.

If you want, I can facilitate it. I actually bought 2 of these myself! 1 for myself and 1 for a lucky individual. PM me.
