As far as I know...nope...there are very few non-Minichamps Mclarens 1:18, like the Solido MP4/2 and the TSM MP4/6Does anyone know who makes a 1/18 McLaren MP4-10, aside from Minichamps?
*faints*
Unless you have something else in mind maybe you should go for it, looks like old minichamps are quite valuable these days, but personally, I would not buy one for the decals issue I've reported few posts ago!@Vitocorp thanks for the info, the reason I ask is because there is one in my local cash generator store for £50, and I'm debating whether I should buy it considering I've seen them go for £200 on Amazon and about the same on ebay.
It's tempting, despite not being a fan of the car.
Wow.
Maybe it's just the photos, but tis what you can expect with an LW R35 by Ignition
Most likely Photoshopped a fair bit.Are we sure that this is not a CGI-made rendered picture? Because if anything, it looks beyond realistic, perhaps a bit too much... I don't often think much of Liberty Walk, but that Godzilla is a staggering piece of kit. As I've said, it's as if you were looking at the real thing.
It's not photoshopped at all that is the model I know someone who has oneMost likely Photoshopped a fair bit.
Right, great, the model exists, I wasn't disputing that. What I was saying is the image of the model will have been touched up in Photoshop to make it look pretty. It's not photoshopped at all that is the model I know someone who has one
The detail of that ignition model looks stunning, but the thing that bugs me about it is the ride height. Does the real LB GT-R sit only 2 inches off the ground?
Quite certain this is a die cast, I've seen this on a poster in the model shop

Ignitions are resin.
Did not know that, I stand corrected.
AA今次玩完! 架458 LB好大機會冇得出啦! 原來個版權只值3000歐羅?
如果是真的,那真的是超便宜!
"TRUE story. AA had a Ferrari 458 on show. Well, it DID have a 458 on show. They had a visit in the morning from Maranello (ie, Ferrari). They marched into the stand. Placed a demand for 3000 Euro to be paid on demand or face a 5 MILLION Euro fine for producing the model should they not pay the 3000 Euro fine now. The model was of a Japanese modified 458. The tuner had granted a license but Ferrari had not. The model was gone by lunchtime! The mafia at work it seems. Again I heard the '25 year rule' mentioned. AutoArt ... do not come in here, you are not welcome"
For a Kyosho though, I don't think it's worth the money. They are pretty top tier with 1/64s, but not in 1/18s.
WEWT! I finally got going on this again! It's almost been 5 months since the last update.
Here is what's new:
1) Redoing the front bumper, again!.
Shoutouts to @SVX and @Facebook for sharing a photo of a RX-7 with a Mazdaspeed A Spec Type I bumper. Thanks to that bloke, this bloke picked up this project again and is fairly engaged with it once more.
2) Lowering the boy even more.
While reworking the front bumper, I found myself being annoyed at the fender gap-to-tire wall width ratio to be unpleasing, so I decided I will be reshaping the wheel well to actually look circular, tighten the fitment, and as an added bonus, lower the car. So far I have only lowered the front by shaving off bits of plastic via box cutter + open flame. Once the car sits more consistently, I'll determine if I need to lower the back as well.
