Went to Walmart tonight to check the Hot Wheels, Matchbox and Auto World and there was nothing new. Glanced down at the 1/24 scale cars and this caught my eye so for $15 I figured why not.

(not my pic)

My latest addition, GT Spirit 964 Carrera RS in Ruby Red. Although the Autoart version is miles better in quality, I couldn't find a Ruby one. Though, the GTS version has the purple/ pink seats that I don't think the AA version had. Looks awesome though!

MSZ
EDIT: And they changed it back to regular price right after my order.

The quickest news update I've heard all year. :lol:

Seems like Derrick is facing some challenges keeping on top of his website.

Lightning deals 416 style. They have sent out my order already, I will have to double check my credit card account to see how much money they charged me on this.

Although I haven't developed any kind of attachment towards a C7, that one does have a great looking livery.

If you had to choose one, would you do this livery, or the plain body in black (see Autoart)?

I am not the biggest Corvette fan either, just a sucker of modern Le Mans racers. (Thank you Gran Turismo 4)

I would just avoid any composite AA racers, since they don't have anything open other than the doors. And they all looked like toys with plastiky paint and ultra thick aeros, the best example of this are the TS040, GT-R LM and Vantage GT3.

God these look good

Too bad they're not 1:18!!!
Too bad? What do you mean? I'm not complaining because I can actually afford 1:43 scale models!

I think I may like this more than the purple one...

Only by a bit though, really....
Do want. Too bad I don't have a spare $300 laying around...

I definitely like the Pink Pig livery on that, but is that a yellow/ beige interior? Looks to be accurate to the real car but.... ewwwww. Cool livery though.

Maybe in the US or Canada but not Australia.

CAD is roughly the same as AUD. $300 will more realistically get you two, shipping and potential customs involved.

Edit: it's actually around $164CAD, MSZ got his facts crooked :lol:

You want to buy my purple one? metalflake paint, gorgeous gold w/ polished lip wheels, partial paint defect that can be covered up.

Low mileage and never was in a crash!

It can't be over 160 CAD since this is a regular GT Spirit release (model number is GT7**)

But of course retailers markups are an entirely different thing.

I was under the impression this is an Asian exclusive. Carlover and Daboxtoys are offering them on preorder at this time. That $160 is Dabox's price. No numbers on Carlover yet.

Sale @ CK:

The Asian Kyosho edition usually starts with "KJ0**".

I don't know who's right or wrong now. DS says Asian, 2 of the only Asian stores I know have it open for preorders. Dude here says it's regular.

Where are you finding this product number?

GT762, it's from Jay Li's own Facebook post.

GT001 - 1** = regular releases.
GT7** = regular re-colour/re-skin releases

KJ = Kyosho
ZM = Euro webshops
US = ACME
