I'm still waiting for a 1:18 ZL1 1LE...
I imagine GT Spirit or Auto World will do it.

And after spending a bit of time looking at this Camaro SS, I feel it is roughly on par with your typical diecast AUTOart in everything except brakes. The brakes are one of two weak points on the model, as they are static and not photoetched. The other weak point is the solid grills. Overall though I like the model a lot, now if only AW did some modern Mopar in 1/18...

It looks a lot better when they used their diffused lighting:

Yo I didn't know this Jackie Chan livery existed!

I like this livery, but I don't like the car. Boo.

I knew about the car since I have watched a few WEC races this season. I believe one of the drivers is also Chinese too.

Non that I could tell, will look it over again after I get off work. Completely destroys my old Ricko RS200 road car in overall looks though.

Anything destroys that Ricko RS200 :lol:

I'm reluctant to go back to Otto because of the bad decal application on that S1 Quattro I had. The questionable proportions on the R34 also has me wondering if the RS200 is proportioned correctly too.

See this is what happens when you don't watch any motorsports! I know nothing :P

Being a family man, television is really my sole entertainment at home and luckily Fox Racing is part of the TV package so I got to watch some of the races.

It won it's class in Le Mans, I think.

1-2 in class as well, and led the race overall for about 3 hours when the #1 Porsche retired 4 hours from the end. It finished 2nd overall to the #2 Porsche, which itself had recovered after problems in only the 4th hour of a race where all the LMP1 cars suffered problems, 4 of them terminal.

Would you be interested in the RWB 993 in purple? I've decided I'm selling it now.
Thanks for the offer, but I've decided not to get any RWB models or other tuner 911s. Another road I can't afford to go down. :lol:

Arrived today, light blue GT Spirit Porsche 911 2.8 Carrera RSR. Goes nicely with my orange one!

Not going to lie- among all the other available colours, I think the rivets compliment the grey the best. It gives it a solid impression of a carefully built machine.

Plus those wheels look bomb! I think this is the one to get.

Edit: That's what my impulse self says anyway. I still dislike that square wing.

I'll wait for another IG with those wheels to come out. On an R32 I hope. Fingers crossed.

Edit: Oh snap there's a blue one too:

Well today marks yet another celebration of my Day Of Birth (can't say "my birthday" all the time, that's too mainstream :P), and it's been productive in terms of scale models. An early bird trip to Porto has netted me another car for my 1/43 collection, one that almost became an Alpine.
You see, the toy store I visit almost every time I enter the city had the blue/orange version of the Alpine Vision Gran Turismo, which enticed me quite strongly. However, the prospect of owning this particular car, both as a first-time purchase and as a die-hard fan of it, got the better of me. Without further ado, here it is;

Yep, it's my first ever Mk.3 Capri model. I adore the car far too much to avoid owning a scale-model version of it, and besides, having never been sold in Portugal, it's a sight for sore sad eyes that don't get to see the real thing. Sure, you can argue the car is essentially the 3.0S casting with different rims and paint, but I'm afraid the caring about that part is very limited.

And after all, that's what the Mark 3 is in real life, isn't it...? :P

@MSZ

Has your Ducktail RWB 964 arrived? I ask because I've asked the dude to send mine along with a display case together, so I don't know who's waiting on what at this time.

Nope. I don't think anyone in North America received one yet, only the Chinese retailers did. Annnnnnd the Chineses are on a week long national holiday.:boggled:

Ooooh, I was totally wrong about the RWB, it is already in stock @ ToMo, and they are going to ship mine shortly!
