Bought this online from DaBoxtoys. Took me one week of waiting.
Shame it isn't the RUF Yellowbird!

What the 🤬 am I doing with my life?..

After playing Spintires for a long time and watching YouTube videos with Ural 4320, I suddenly felt like I'll die if I don't buy a model of Ural truck immediately. There are few trucks in my collection but no Urals at all.

I found a 1:43 sand color 4320 for a bargain price in a store on the other side of the city, but when I came there, they told me that their site has outdated info, and they sold it a long time ago. Instead they have such trucks in different colors and ridiculously overpriced. So I didn't buy any 1:43 model, but thought that going away empty would be a waste of time. So I decided to pick something cheap and go...

...and chose a 1:72 kit of Ural 375D fuel tanker. If you play Spintires Mudrunner, you know this truck as "C-375".
Nice and cheap kit, but the problem is... I already have few kits (cars, trucks, tanks and one jet fighter) that I can't finish for years. :D

But ICM 1:72 truck kits are relatively easy to assemble (112 parts) so hopefully I'll start and finish it soon, and it'll inspire me to continue with the others...

I already assembled an ICM truck 5 years ago, it was a ZiL 131.

Hopefully, I'll make this Ural better.
(I think I'll still paint it with brush but should do it carefully...)

Hmmmmm.... I didn't spend 40 USD for those shoddy plastic wheels. My brother was even surprised when he received the package when he went to USA for a three-week vacation there.

I'm currently selling off some older models so I can streamline my collection to about 8 cars and buy one or two more premium models I would otherwise be too stingy to buy. This BMW Mille Miglia Concept and the Holden Efijy Concept I reckon are two of the best looking creations ever. Love that teardrop retro-ey-concept-ness about them.

This is made by BBR models. Closed resin body, but beautiful details and finish. Probably my new favourite (I'm also a closet Chris Bangle fan - but don't tell anyone). 👍

Last model for a long time. Will look forward to what's available in a few years. :)

Lol yep, definitely needs a bright display cabinet to be seen.

These are the models I'm selling. AU Falcon, Noske BA Falcon, Panoz and MP4-23 all have a bit of damage from travelling. :-(

I need that R32...

My Vita Lemon Tea finally arrived. lol

Despite what Spark says about the origin of this car, I believe this livery is actually based on the test car that ran on the Korean International Circuit before the 2016 season started. As this car(like the 2015 VLT Aston Martin Vantage)lacks any number boards on the body.

Update:

With the beautiful weather this weekend, I could've taken a nice hike somewhere out west, but instead I continued working on this.

I was on the quick to think of selling my colour printer to buy a new one as the waterslide decal paper was jamming.... but then luckily I asked myself to try other print settings and voila stiff paper can now pass through this thing without a single interruption.

Took several print settings in Illustrator to finally get it to not garble the ink and smear it down the page, but then I realized this printer can't print the same blue as what I had on the body.

So today I've printed this out and resprayed the blue to better match it.

A lot has been done since the last update.

After this clear coat has cured and hardened, I'm installing mesh in the front, and then we're done. Finally. Finnnnnallllly

I love the Vita livery. I grew up loving (but was rarely allowed to have) their lemon tea and the other drinks. Brings back a lot of good memories for me.

My first post in the topic but am wondering if any collectors can advise if there was ever a 1/43 scale diecast of the Ferrari F40
as I sure one must have been made but can't seem to find any details on which diecast manufactuer would have made it and
what is considered a reasonable 2nd hand price to pay for one?

I believe Ixo and Kyosho have made diecast ones, while BBR has done a resin. LookSmart also may have done a resin as well. If you count the GTE, Make Up made one too.
