If only Vip was here...

I gotta collect all the Mclaren F1's now!

I think Vip has them all anyway, and if you're going for the McLaren's for real. All I can say is good luck.

Cheers buddy, I'll hold them in reserve, wanna try find them in the UK first so I save on postage. lol

Holy carp! That's cheap. Good buy, Mr Project :D

Went to Beaulieu Motor Museum and bought 3 new models today: the Dodge Concept car (the orange one in the early Gran Turismos), a 95 Alfa Romeo GTV Spyder, and a Renault Alpine 1600S. Pictures when I get round to it.

WOW, I didn't think it would arrive today, but when I got home from work a parcel was waiting for me, bringing a huge smile to my face.

Minor dirt on the car, but not very noticable. Hell, I'm not complaining, after all this is a Kyosho V12 LMR that I got for £9.50. At that price I don't have the right to complain and I'm certainly not.

The following text is quoted from the box.... this is my model.
BMW V12 LMR <Le Mans No. 15>
"BMW V12 LMR" was developed by BMW Motorsport to win the le Mans 24 Hours in 1999. BMW was involved in LMP catagory. As a result of its V12 engine with high reliability and good fuel-efficiency, it completed that difficult race and brought a crown of the first victory to BMW. P.Martini, Y.Dalmas and J.Winkelhock drove this car.

it also has info on the No.42 Sebring entry:
BMW V12 LMR <Sebring 12 Hours race No. 42>
American Le Mans series has been held at North America. BMW V12 LMR was brought into 1999 American Le Mans series by BMW Motorsport. It was the first race out of eight in this series. On March at Sebring 12 hours race, BMW V12 LMR with 3 driver, J.Muller, JJ.Lehto and T.Kristensen defeated other competitors and became a winner.

PICS!:

I got a model from Zellers today. Quite happy with this purchase. Only cost me $28cad total, and it's got nice looking wheels, nice front, nice back end, and quite good interior for a Hot Wheels.

Enjoy the pics.

By the way, this is a Corvette C6 Z06, and the yellow is just really nice on it IMO.

Meeting its new friends.

Just won a TOYOTA CELICA GTS 2000 (YELLOW) (LH DRIVE) dirt cheap on ebay,
was out bid on a HOLDEN V2 MONARO (DELFT BLUE METALLIC) but i emailed the seller and asked if he had any left, he did have 1 in stock. I got both models for 25.00GBP.
