True, £25 each is also quite a good price.
I think I might have to take a break from buying models at the moment, I've spent alot over the past 3 months.

My models. I purchased them on the weekend. NZ$200 all up. The V8 Supercar cost 3 times that of the Viper. More pics soon.

Got another 2 models this week :P
Both are AutoArts 👍
1> NISSAN FAIRLADY Z JGTC 2004' XANAVI NISMO #1

2> SUBARU IMPREZA WRC 2005 P.SOLBERG /P. MILLS #5(RALLY MONTE CARLO)

*McLaren*
How is the Z06, Mustang? It's the next car to get on my list with the F430 Coupe.

Well I have the F430 Coupe in red, so if you want some pics of that too, let me know.

About the Z06. I'm holding it in front of me right now.

The first impression is quite good paintjob, especially considering it's a "budget" model. It's not a $15 model anymore, though I was quite lucky to find one only for $25 total (would prolly cost you around $30-$35 online).

Second impression is, the lights (front and tail) are done really well. I really like them.

The downside so far is that the rims have are too chromey, they probably shouldn't be that shiny.

And the brake disc is plastic unfornutaley (doesn't look metallic at all), but they do spin with the wheel and there are static brake calipers labelled with Corvette (look quite good).

The engine is so so. Not any worse than I expected but not any better either. The labels on it are pretty decent made, but not too much detail there. The interior is so-so as well, I mean, I think it's really good for a Hot Wheels or any model at its price point, but don't expect it to look like a premium model. And the trunk, the trunk is kinda crappy, I mean there's really nothing there, but it looks decent from the outside through the cglass.

Overall, I like the paintjob, the interior is quite good for its price point (though I've seen a bit better from Hot Wheels), the wheels and brakes are good as well, but could use less chrome maybe, but they still look good. The engine is good for being a Hot Wheels, I've seen worse lol. The best part of the model is really the stance, paintjob and front lights and tail lights and the wheels.

That and the model feels REALLY solid. I mean not necessarily heavy, but it feels like you could drop it and nothing would happen. It's really solidly built.

Hmm...kinda reminds me of the real Z06...j/k.

It's definately on my "to buy list" now.

After I get it and the F430, I think I'll start going after nicer models.

Yea same here right now. While I like the Z06 a lot, I've been spoiled recently as my last 2 purchases before that were Autoart's. :ill:

Well, as a matter of fact, I've got the blue Bugatti EB110 by Bburago. :sly:

What I don't have is the Dauer EB110 in carbon black/silver. Now that's something else. Maybe one day I'll get one. But first I'd have to get a Veyron by AUTOart.

If you want me to take some pictures of my blue EB110, let me know.

Does your EB110 bBurago have a raised spoiler. Cause I have a silver EB110 by Bburago and the spoiler won't stay up, it always falls down so its flush with the body.
I would prefer to have the Dauer version.

yeah please! im am SERIOUSLY considering making my dad become a member of ebay, im only 14 you see:sly: i really want one of those blue eb110's! ive seen one for 17 pounds, but me n dad aren't exactly way into buying stuff from the net yet. we're gonna go to hamley's in london (biggest toy shop in the world i beleive?) and see what 1:18's there are there.

Alright I'll take some pictures and put them up here when I get home today.

17 pounds is a bit much for an older Bburago I think (or maybe they're hard to find, I dunno).

Other than the Bburago regular EB110 (which is made after the Supersport I think), Maisto make the black/carbon Dauer EB110 and that one can be found for like 15 bucks on ebay.

sure guys! erm, they'll be up tomorrow because my camera's kinda dead @ the moment! sorry bout that!
seeing as i am only a noob collector, my collection of 400BHP+ super cars goes as follows:

1999 DODGE VIPER GTS-R-WHITE WITH BLUE STRIPES
2002 SALENN S7-SILVER
2003 PAGANI ZONDA C12 S-ORANGE

i hope soon to purchase a blue bugatti dauer eb110!

oh and the zonda cost me £7.00! very cheap-made by motor max

The supercars I have so far are (not using 400bhp+, but rather just "supercar" term)

Too many to list. Vipers, Enzo, F50, F40, MacF1, Diablo's, Murcielago's, Gallardo, F430, Bugatti EB110, Ford GT and others.

As for other supercars I want to add, I'd like the Veyron, another Ford GT in yellow, the Jaguar XJ220, the McLaren F1 LM, the Ford GT90 and the CLK-GTR would be nice too.

The McLaren F1 is soo expensive though...I wish Autoart would do the F1; I'd buy those instead.

Here are some pictures of my Bugatti EB110 by Bburago (made after the EB110 Supersport I believe..). It's a decent model, but it is a Bburago after all. It is the only regular EB110 though. The only other one is the Dauer EB110 by Maisto, that one would look nice in the carbon black colour which they do offer, though it does look good in blue as well. Enjoy the pics.

"And here we can see the EB110 in its natural environment. As we can see it tries to hide from predators like the legendary 'McLaren' by trying to blend in with a group of wild bulls and prancing horses, but its distinct features give it away."

OMFG Ebay is like crack! I purchased and recieved a GMP '85 Buick Regal T-Type ($50.50 w/shipping, compared to $129.xx for a new turbo Buick directly from GMP without shipping), and I also bought a red AutoArt Toyota Harrier (JDM Lexus RX300) and an orange AutoArt Holden Torana SS A9X (mostly for the "WTF?!?!" factor), both of which were great deals, as far as I can tell. Right now I'm watching a Biante BA Ford Falcon XR8 and a Revell Opel Manta GSE, neither of which have been bid on. Must...resist...urge...to bid! :embarrassed: :ill:

lol if you go the way I did you're screwed. I spent about £400 ($694 according to XE.com) in 2 and a half months on models. Just kept seeing stuff that I wanted and couldn't stop buying.

You're right because I don't think anyone makes them anymore.

I think Maisto may have stopped their F1 models, and the company that builds the F1 LMs has been said to be making them in very very small numbers to make them rarer.

I will try my best to buy another McLaren from the Dallas Auto Show since I forgot to stop by the vendors last year. :dunce:
