I'm certain that I read, we would gift to one person and receive from another.

Or as close to Christmas as possible.. If you are going out of town (which is pretty normal) then send it before you leave.

I´d like the receiver to take a few pictures on the first drive of the car, is what i did last year, and then we can make some races or something, let´s see what Mitch has in mind.

Well that isn't really in the spirit of the exchange. The point of a exchange is to give something while you receive something! But do whatever you feel like doing, after all, it's not like anyone will be getting affected negatively if you do dupe the car.

Yes of coarse, if we have another person sign up, or if someone's partner doesn't respond, you will be the first in there. (Garuntee you be group with someone)
