GTPLMS S2 R3 Race - Bridgestone Streets of New York -*RESULTS POSTED*

Gonna have to bow out of this series guys, some important family things came up. GL all!

Just completed my run in GT2. I seem to have found a line that works well around this course and it seems to have cut down the wear from my otherwise aggressive driving. I'm very confident on my times and even if its just second place, it'll be a good run. I'm sending them in.

GT2 times sent, finally. I thought I'd have a chance to give it another shot since Sunday, but RL wouldn't allow it. RM/RM & stopped on L9, tires pink at the end of each stint, still surprised how well they hold up here. I feel pretty good about the session, but we'll see how it shakes out. :)

Wow!! Congratulations to all who completed this technically difficult course. 👍 I'm surprised at my results in both PRO and GT1. Looks like the Ford did well in NYC. On the other hand, I have to work a lot harder with Pescarolo. Great job everyone!! 👍 👍

Wow! I'm really happy with my 3rd place in GT3. Never expected it!!! Seems like Chris testings to equalize cars are doing a nice job, since my HP values have been increased in the last rounds. Finally it starts to show some results. But I wasn't really expecting it. :)

I apologize to everyone in GT2 for holding up the results. I sent a typo to Chris when I submitted my times.

I've responded to his question, but don't know what the norm is in this situation, so I'll just wait for his ruling.

@chollo9: no prob. didn't cost any time, but i'll have to fix the results.

@azevedojose: Thanks Jose, but it's the INITIAL testing. I think that the cars are all very close...but i'll keep plugging away.

My fav is oldphart. kinda like the wet blanket that everyone likes. "looks like another week at the back" HAH. Nice run JR, and to everyone.

Thanks a bunch Shotgun. And personally speaking, I'm kind of surprised at how well I did this round as well. Not to mention getting my first class victory in GT2.:embarrassed: Making the podium in GT3 is honor as well. GT1 was another matter as I had to use a RH/RM tire setup for the whole race given the fact at how front-heavy the Camaro is. At least I pretty much kept pace with the front-runners there.:dopey:

Anyways, it's on to Sonoma!:)

@ Shotgun: Anything as to who has Fastest Lap in GT2?

Hey Chris, there is a mistake in my GT1 time! You've posted there my GT2 result, not the GT1! Check my PM once again please!

PS: congratulations to the podium drivers!

I really didn't think my time would be anywhere close - shrug

 to all the podiums - very well done the lot of you 👍

We're in the same car and we've been pretty equal drivers since season 1 👍

My question is, what was your pit strategy? I used RH/RH for about 12 laps and RM/RM for the last 7

Chris,

I know you're a very busy man, but I'd really like to get credit for my GT2 result before everyone has forgotten this race. :)

Thanks,

Joe
