I was experimenting with some drifting last night in a fully modded S13 Sylvia. I then purchased a nine stock E92 M3 and was pulling far better drifts in that than the Sylvia.
To be fair, I think the S13 is a bit boosty. The power delivery is much better on the M3. It's more controllable too. The Sylvia just seemed to want to switch ends too quickly. Very snappy I found. Not smooth.
Probably a settings issue. I'll have another look at it at some point.
I just want to add a few ponies to the M3, just to help the rears light up a bit sooner.

I just used this set up with out the power mods and it is great I have been having problem trying to learn and I think I got it thanks for this set up. have you done a asume 370rs yet? I would love that set up

By the way, I'm using G25, not a controller.

I'll keep updating these settings.

With comfort tires the car is really planted, and great for angle, but its slippery
With sports tires its still solid but sticks a bit more, if you dislike something let me know what it is and i shall fix it. :)

Great tune by the looks of it, very similar to what a real E36 or E46 has as a best setup. Looking forward to seeing how it goes when I get home tomorrow night and try it. Shame we can't adjust castor as it makes a huge difference on E30, E36s and E46s in real life.

Some people seem to be running very soft setups and doing well but as they are totally untrue it real life setups I am very slow to use them myself on principal :P

Stiff springs, plenty of mechanical traction and grippy tyres is what we should need.

Anyone have the setup for 89 300ZX TT 2 Seater? It's hard to control this car and spins out easily around corners or a slight turn of the wheel it loses control.

Seconded, would someone be kind enough to give a setup for this car?

Awesome settings, i love it, bought an m3 just to use these settings and now its my favorite drift car :sly::dopey::embarrassed::bowdown:

I've got a pretty cool C63 AMG drift car. It's not great at the moment, as it can be a little too enthusiastic about going sideways. Will try and sort it out and will post my results here!
