@Onboy & Mat
I'll join the two of you in a few minutes think I've got the FC transmission set so it won't shift into 6th at Eiger unless your way faster than I am. 5th now runs out to 110mph and I think with a good entry to the downhill you should hit your brake zone at about 108-109mph.

Thanks for the suggestion guys definitely better than the 5speed close ratio was.
Oh and I've set 6th more like an overdrive gear so it kicks it way down in the rpms if you do shift into 6th.👍👍

Key with the "Wicked Child" is to keep your rpms up. Should try and stay above 6,000 all the time and definitely don't let them drop below 4,500 if at all possible.:D

Well…his tests are more "first impressions", and on cold tyres at that. The Copen really gets into its stride once the fronts get some heat in them. Before that, I'd say you're only getting…50% (?) of what it has on offer.

Anyway, yeah, it's just like in Touge Showdown. First impressions, very short track, etc.

You may not survive the Wicked Child then as its probably a bit to loose for most peoples preferences.

Well…how did the rest of the testing go without my FC tailgating you for the whole minute. I'd have got even closer, but the jumpiness from lag scared me off. I got the closest to Halo's Civic, I think.

Other than the pair of rustbuckets and the Copen the tests all looked fairly smooth.

Those three had a bit more life in them than most of the others though the Copen did manage a respectable time.👍👍

Hey, Desperado. Your car is all set and ready for testing! :D

Has the Alpine got a chance with the rest of the Touge Monsters ? I am worried it won't be fast enough :(
Time wise you and krenkme are trailing the rest. Don't know how Mat will score them on driving feel though.

By "a bit more life", do you mean "cornering…before spinning" or "just a bit hairy"?

From an observers standpoint I'd say they were more prone to oversteer and hanging their tails out.

Think with first impressions a neutral to slightly understeering car is a bit easier to deal with then lots of oversteer.

Hey, don't knock the Copen, according to Onboy, I've tuned the first FF that on-throttle oversteers, so...

Heh, Desperado was lagging the room for the most part, doubt he could have seen it.

Actually, he stayed till the end of it. He watched me review them all.

We even had a quick race. 3 rounds. lol

1st round=Desp
2nd round=Me
3rd round=draw

@Mat when you have some spare time try the FC transmission with the settings for 6th and the final gear I posted in the tune here. Gets off the line a bit better and is a touch quicker all around that way.
