Same here. I may enter withdraw from T500 and enter T400 with an R32 instead.

I'm very confident with my T200 entry, however.

I was thinking an R32 for T500.. I like that car much better after driving a 480PP one for a couple of days. I love that car for cruising. Might post the tune just for fun.

T500 I'm working on a 69 Z28 for it. but i'll have my T200 final tune posted shortly.
Mat, the final tune is a bit different in terms of power/torque ratio from the MR2 of mine you drove.

Edit: Heres the link. MR-2/S T200

and the car is on share on my PSN.

BC it was light enough I felt. That and I would like to have some room for upgrade later if I end up using it next season. and for the 4.0 lol it was what felt the best to me. just try it out.

Oh, I see. Well, yea, it's plenty light enough as it is. Any less and it'd fly away on the front straight.

Well, if it feels right, then it feels right. I can tell you right now though that it's going to be fun to slide, with 4.4/6.6 springs and 30 on the accel. I had a set up similar to that for one of my MR2s as well, lovely thing…except for the fact that only I could drive it.

Yea, Yet again being as light as it is I didn't want to make it overly exaggerated as it is supposed to be a "street car" lol. It is plenty fun to drift if you burp the throttle mid corner or give the ebrake a touch but, it's really stable to my thumbs lol. It does take some getting used to though. For only ~200hp these cars are ruthless.

I see you've stopped using the e-brake with this tune. Well, that's a good sign.

The setup doesn't look bad to me, but I do think some stiffer spring rates might help. I'll try the car later and see how it feels. Still need to try someone else's MR-S.. but I was lazy today and didn't do anything on the PS3.

I haven't looked at the set-up yet. I only saw it's performance at Akina.

That reminds me, I haven't placed mine on share yet. I'll have it up in a few minutes. 👍

I saw it nearly spin out at nearly every corner at Akina. :scared:

Time to test it!

But just a quick question…are we going to do a "side season" for the MR cars? Like a "S200/S300"? No Max or whatever because we'd die tuning them, of course.

Don't be lazy and do as you promised that person, or else you end up with slacker syndrome and that's not good. Just ask Mat.

Guys guys, I assure you it's no where near as dangerous as you'd think. Remember it's a super light car and is relatively low powered. It doesn't need truck springs also, the diff is sensative bc anything less was lighting up the outside tire on exit in my case.

I'm not entirely sure yet, actually. However, Slender had suggested a new class for this season. I won't be revealing it until the end of T500 though.

My "Slacker Syndrome" will be even worse next month, since that's when I go back to school.

We'll find out soon. Is it the car you have on share, btw?

Private Procrastination reporting for duty, sir!

A new class could be cool. Something unique, anyway. Not just another power limit.

Yeah, It's the reflex spice one.

Note: If at all possible please use the car I have on share because I can't replicate the trans accurately. I tried and the exact same car with the exact same settings yielded a displayed top speed of 175mph where as the T200 car on share is at 163mph iirc. 163 or 168.

Taking off or putting on parts that raise the RPM limits causes weird gear setting changes for this car.

Most likely cause. Not sure though. I'm still getting the hang of trans tuning. It's usually dumb luck that gets me my "good" tranny settings

Just came back from testing your car...

It's nice, overall. There are some occasions when the rear steps out though. 👍

Just how I like it. I've always liked my cars on the loose side. I just can't shake that old habit of stepping it out and mashing it til I feel content. Oh well, I refrained long enough with this one to lay down a 3:11.020. Mind you i am not a good driver and thats putting it politely.

I'm not a good driver too, just so you know.

I'd put myself as an "Above Average", while Slender and Rob are way past that.

EDIT: I'm starting to experience some pushing from corner entry with your car under some occasions.

My car's on share now. 👍

I'll try her out. 👍

Edit: I survived lol. It's quick I give it that. I saw the torque specs and was like "that's awful low."

Mat's- 164ft/lbs torque @ 5300rpm
Wateringhole-196 ft/lbs torque @ 4700rpm
WH Alt. Tune- 189ft/lbs torque @4900rpm

I thought it was gonna be slower on launch and out of corners. It's not slower than mine at all. I was able to get a 3:15.8xx with your's Mat which is par for the course with my car right now as my best with my Alt. tune is 3:16.2xx and my most recent best with the T200 contender is 3:15.9xx. Btw, the only difference between my two is the parts package. The Alt. uses a Stage 1 engine tune and turbo whereas the T200 Main is a Supercharger. I'll put Both on share but the T200 entry is the Reflex Spice MR-S

Maybe because it's an NA which explains the torque value.

WAIT! Only a 3:15?!?!

That's nearly 11 seconds slower than my record! :odd:

You sure you weren't using the e-brake?

Oh, your car managed a 3:09 when I drove it for the 1st lap. The steering felt quite heavy as I kept moving, along with some pushing on corner entry and exit, and the snap oversteer.

EDIT: I re-uploaded the car. Turns out it was non-supercharged.

GG. Now bow down before my mountain of torque, puny civilians!

Onboy's MR2 - 205ft/lbs torque @somewhereinthepowerband.com

Can I google that site?

Kidding aside, I need to double check my car. I may have mixed up my set-ups.

EDIT: Turns out I had the non-supercharged set-up on share.
