..that is looking a little too far into it.

At least until I find carviewer stuff for that.

Right, I advanced a little too much on the Ferrari tree. Perhaps it's more along the lines of something with a 4 at the beginning and a 0 at the end, with maybe a 3 somewhere in the middle.

..and you'd still be overthinking it.

Anyway because I'm bored and GT6 is acting up I'll now proceed to do the LGT race. If anyone's submitted two or more setups but not made it clear which of them they want to use I'll throw the most inappropriate on.

Darn, so what it is exactly? An upgrade to the currently exisiting 360 template? I haven't got the faintest idea as to what it might be, if you say that this guess is also overthinking it...

Well, feel free to throw my LGT car into the mix, I can't submit setups anyways as an AM class driver.

Da heck do you think is the point of teasing things and leaving some things in the dark for those MLG riddle solvers to find?

And you're already in. Everyone who's submitted a livery is. Except if you're a PRO driver and hasn't made a setup. 1/2 isn't quite enough.

In order to confuse the heck out of everybody that isn't you, of course. Do you think I had forgottten about that?

Alright, fair enough.

Exactly! Just right! Just like a deadline for liveries exist solely to annoy people!

(I should perhaps say that I haven't actually started LGT yet, so if anyone wishes to make a quick livery submission, they can still do that)

I know I've said I would send mine, totally forgot about it. I'm sending it this week for sure.

@Niku Driver HC I want to know how your AI has suddenly gotten that good - and that consistantly.

Also rain was actually a thing for the first time this season, which explains the huge span of lap times here. As confused as they are, only few of the AI were actually on track near the end of the first session, where the track was driest.

You know, morten? I have no clue as to how my driver suddenly became Bernd Schneider, but I am also not going to bother looking too deep into that, because hell yeah 3rd place!!! :D

The whole Ferrari balancing shtick you made did help things a bit, as well. Oh, and rain apparently. Rain was also a thing in this race's qualifying. And I beat that Dank Tank car, which is icing on the cake. Take that, you drug addict!

It's funny because he is a 420 Marijuana car. :dopey:

If you find out what's gone wrong for you in these last few races, do let me know. I could use some of that bad luck myself

Actually haven't touched the Ferraris for some time now, it just seems like the AI has learnt to deal with them. Either that or it's just been a few lucky races - who really knows?

What I do know is that something will happen on my YouTube channel in about 23 hours and 45 minutes.

Oh you, wanting "bad luck" for your driver. Well tough luck, because I won't tell you, haha! :mischievous:

I guess the balancing of the Beemer gave more leeway for the Ferraris to be a little more competitive as an overall package. Either that or it really is a freak accident, one of the two.

Also, yay new video? Man, I can't wait to see what stuff have you cooked up for us this time...

Do I need to post that one word you know perfectly well?

Strange ones, those BMWs. When I try to make them equal to the others, they're faster. When I try to make them much slower, they're suddenly equal

Also yes, there is something extremely glorious in the works, but that's for later (@BayneHamlin1121)

Do you need me to post that Dean Ambrose meme where he uses a word which starts with the letter "N" and ends with "E", that also has the letters "O" and "P" somewhere in the middle as an answer?

I guess gimping a BMW = making it even with other cars, by GTR2 logic. Which is odd as heck, but if it makes the racing better, should we really bother reading deeper into that situation? If you gimp the M3 further, it might be even slower than the Ferraris at their worst form...

You tagged Bayne? Hmm... I get this suspicious feeling that you are working for something else, which is related to GTR2, but not your series. :mischievous:

I'll just use that meme against you now. That's my response to your question

True that, I think the BMWs might actually be sort-of fine for now (knowing what I do about the results of Nürburgring).

Uhh.. no.. no, it's not.. well, not really, anyway.. related to this, I mean.. but it is related to a b-word that isn't b-spec. Quite a lot related to that word, in fact

Oi, that's my line! You Danish copycat, that's against the set of rules I totally not created just now.

If that is true, then don't break what doesn't need fixing. And if the results of Nurburgring do indeed prove that the field is more or less properly balanced, then leave the balancing there.

What's this? Freddy stuttering and using a lot of elipses? Well would you look at that, I managed to get him on the ropes. How interesting. :mischievous::lol:

I'm FaZebear. I don't care. :P

Yeah, I don't think we'll need all that many adjustments for the rest of the season. Seems somewhat well balanced right now. For the first time ever

I'm just amazed at the fabulousness of this idea.

Of course you don't, you wouldn't be a good FaZebear otherwise now would you? :sly: :P

Balance? In Morten's series? Truly something that not even Carl Sagan can explain, and that's saying something. Joke aside, it is good that you eventually found the balancing's "sweet spot", even though it took some doing...

Well then, I guess I (and the other people who aren't named Bayne or Freddy) will have to wait for the next 20 or so hours to go by. To see how fabulous this idea of yours is... 💡

Exactly :D

What's coming tomorrow (depending on where you live) isn't related to this idea. I haven't really, ahm, got things cleared up yet

Of course you'd say "exactly". ;)

Ah, fair enough. It's probably just the Nurb' race then and nothing else. Then comes whatever the heck that "idea" of yours is...

I would if I knew you had a separate channel. As of now I only subbed the RACE channel.

Yeah, that is a bit of a change, I will admit that.

Speaking of change, seeing as I've just converted to Windows 10, there's a few things I need to get familiar with, so Nürburgring might be a little late.

I demand that #basedmortenscat becomes an official thing for the next races. Heck, all drivers should have that hashtag somewhere in their Spa cars, regardless of them running a special livery there or not, haha.

As for my venture in the Nurb', I seriously can't believe that I ruined a race which I had in the proverbial bag thanks to a botched pit strategy. Should've known that my second greatest enemy, dumb A.I. strategy, would rain on my great parade. On the plus side, I actually drove laps in the very 1st position! It is a miracle that after so many terrible also-ran races, I ended up becoming a proper challenger for the W. The BMW battles were fun too, guess those guys are not only on an even level with the other brands, but also their own brethen.

Also, "he should've been in 29th position or something? Well excuse you, Freddy man, but take that "9" away from the number and don't add anything else to it. I can definitely appreciate one or two more races where I'm actually driving faste and have more than enough screen time, thank you very much...
