Ok, this is it, the iron fist. I've said this many times but this time, i'm getting the point across. All the incidents i'm going to raise and deal with.
So far, 22 drivers is great, but I would pick 12 great ones any day.
First of all , I looked at the instances.
@buck1 smelly didn't move over but his driving was fine, but he knows now, i'm happy with him, for being brand new he certainly made a decent effect. But the problem was smoked :/
@poopants have you made a decision on car yet?
Also, when I ask people to enter the track, I mean within the next few minutes, not half hour. There are people week in week out ready to go, I understand to wait 5 minutes if there's an issue, but i'm not waiting for someone who doesn't listen.
@FaithlessEmo especially you mate, i'm not sitting around waiting, then when I call for you to use the correct car you ignore me. You should have known that, expected better from you mate
Whether we like it or not, every driver is representing us, on and off track. when people enter the room and you start yelling at them, that's not good.
@SmokedSliks your behaviour and driving last night were terrible, I don't care if it is before seas start consider this your first offence. Shape up, you may have 'wasted 3 hours' but others never.
Some people really need to go over the first page and read rules/specs. It's not hard. I'm going to keep an info log on the OP, Just so people can see the main issues happening at the the moment
End of the day, this series isn't fun at the moment, i'm being stressed out and i's not fair, on me or those who each week and can think for themselves. I'm now past caring, i'm not going to be all serious and drive people away. If you can't turn up and know the basics, then I won't wait for you, any stupid questions i'll just point you to the OP. If you want to race, remember you'll be welcomed with no issues, but your reputation and place is dependent on you.
